Do not leave your child in this businesses care. We started the first week of 2021- prior to starting my daughter was in the care of my mother. I worked at home and we are extremely cautious with covid. My daughter got covid the first week starting at this center and found out later on that the staff told other parents that my daughter "gave it to everyone" even though the teacher had just gone on vacation and tested positive but wasn't showing symptoms... whatever. So needless to say we started off on a bad foot but unfortunately there was no light at the end of the tunnel. My daughter had extreme blistering diaper rash in their care. I would get it cleared up over the weekend and it was clockwork by Tuesday she had it again. When you put your 1 year old in their car seat and they scream at the top of their lungs because their butt is literally raw it's infuriating. I would say something in the morning when dropping her off, I would call during the day, I would email and NOTHING changed until I threatened to pull her from their care. She is at a new center and has NEVER had diaper rash since being in the new facilities care. They have an app that i thought would be fantastic....how great to receive photos of your child all day and get updated on how they are doing. Wrong! I would get an update of what she ate that day and sometimes they would also send a picture of her eating. Well, the photo never matched what it said she was eating which was extremely concerning. I understand that when a toddler starts daycare they are going to get sick a lot. But in the 5 months of us being in their care my daughter was always sick. Parents weren't notified if kids in the class were sick. My daughter threw up in her crib one night and had a horrible stomach bug (which then our entire house got) but after she was better and I brought her back the lady at the front said "oh she got it too".... I was in shock. Our new facility lets us know if any kid in the entire school gets sick and what it is-parents are notified in the app and on the front door of the center. The learning experience only notified us when it was covid. If it wasn't covid, good luck and be prepared to use a lot of your work sick time. A couple of reasons I think my daughter may have been sick all of the time could have been because I would send her to school with her cup LABELED because I do what I'm supposed to and they send her out with another child's cup. I get it kids may drink out of another kids cup but it didn't only happen once, it happened all of the time. She came home in other kids clothes(I had 3 changes of clothes there) , with other kids sheets(they had 2 extra sheets) - which is also extremely frustrating when you do label everything and then you don't get your stuff back because it went home with another kid but they don't know who. The kicker and what made me pull her from their care was for the 2nd time I picked her up and she smelt like poop when I was putting her in her car seat. The minute I got home I changed her and she had a clean diaper but she had poop in her pants. Mind you she had 3 changes of clothes as backup.... So you are telling me my poor baby has been in poopy clothes for who knows how long. She has been sitting on toys, chairs, the floor....her poo particles were on everything. NO WONDER she was always sick. I called immediately when I saw and the teacher said she didn't notice. This was the second time it had happened and the next day I emailed them letting them know she wouldn't be returning. As a new mom you don't know what to expect and what is "acceptable". I didn't know if I was overreacting so I asked friends and none of them could believe the standard of the learning experiences care. The reason we chose this center was because of the tour Ms. Jessica gave us- she made us feel at home and you could really see the passion she had. Unfortunately Ms. Jessica isn't the one watching your children. If you say anything to Ms. Courtney good luck on that information being relayed to the people that need to know about it. Oh and good luck on getting your emails returned- that was always like pulling teeth. I highly recommend you keep looking for care elsewhere! read more

We have 2 boys, ages 2 (Preppers class) & 4 (Pre-K3) and are very proud to attend The Learning Experience in Spring. We are very appreciative of the office staff, management & owners that have been consistent over the 2 years we have been there. There is also low turnover with the teachers and we are thoroughly impressed by their overall patience, professionalism & kindness especially with our current teachers. Jessica, Preppers teacher, is especially patient & caring (I'm sure 2 & 3 year olds aren't the easiest ;) and Danielle, Pre-K3 teacher, is extremely engaged and committed to prepare her students for Kindergarten. No childcare center is perfect, but we are happy with the way they have handled situations and always put the students first. We love TLE! read more

The learning g experience is awesome. My little one has been going since 14 months and just turned d 3. Miss jessica is aMazing. She wS her teaCher whEn charli first sTarted, then so many moms wanted her to move up as there kids got older so she got promoted to the 2 yr olds... she got charli off pacifier, off bottle and diapers at nap time. She's amazing and truly loves the kids. She comes to birthday parties and just seemss like part of everyone's family. She loves the kids, but disciplines just the right amount. Awesome, awesome!!! My baby has attended this daycare at 4-1/2months old and now at 8-1/2 months is trying to talk and stand up.... She learned so fast! Also the teachers are kind and loving, always in a positive attitude and understanding. The place is deep cleaned daily and as germ free as possible, I also like that there's cameras through out the place for extra security. 5 star daycare from me! read more

I enrolled my 3 year old at The Learning Experience a few months ago. She was previously at another daycare since she was a baby so I was nervous about that change. The moment I walked in and met the staff, I felt so good about this school and the staff was so friendly. The same night I went to visit, the owner called me to thank me for visiting and was interested in knowing about my experience. This really meant a lot to me and made me feel like they care and that this is the right place. So far my daughter loves the school and her teachers. They made the transition so easy and she loves going everyday. This place really is a gem, they always have activities for the kids and my daughter is learning so much! My kiddos had been at another daycare since they were infants and I was very pleased with them. However, we moved to the Spring/Klein area and the commute became to much after I had my last child. We searched for similar care that was close to our residence and we happened upon The Learning Experience. The moment we walked in we were warmly and energetically met by the staff. We were shown around and everyone had the same energy. They LOVE children. That night the owner called and apologized for not being there to meet us and thanked us for coming in! We were again, blown away. So we enrolled and started at the beginning of 2019. I have been nothing but pleased since. My kids are excited to go to school! My 4yr old LOVES his teacher and his growth has been exponential. My 2yr old LOVES her teacher as well and never wants to leave. The opportunities that they have available are what my kids will have in the future and what better way for them to be exposed now to technology and other things as such. The worst! Absolute worst business. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone! The care and safety of the kids are definitely not top priority here. My daughter came to tell me a male teacher at this daycare sexually abused her. Police reports were filed. Childcare licensing notified. The corporate office notified. The director notified. The male teacher confronted. Nobody ever once reached out with any concern about my child. Not even the owners! But they claim to be family oriented. It's all a number game with these people. It's been 6 months and counting and my child has been going through therapy and trying to overcome the trauma she experienced while at this daycare. Mind you we removed her immediately. This is a toddler, a child, my child! No toddler makes things like this up! Something has happened and I will get to the bottom of this. This daycare only has live feed cameras therefore they could not rewind the footage nor is there camera access to the parents. So their camera system is pointless. Parents do more research on the daycares that you choose for your babies. This appears to be a nice daycare, the staff acts like everything is great but as a parent trusting them to care for our children leaves us with the unknown when your child can only speak up and defend for themselves so much being young in age and being taken advantage of, along with an employee knowing the cameras are set up for them not to get caught that way. So pathetic. What's even more pathetic is the fact that this man has still been working at this daycare with an ongoing investigation. If it has happened once it will continue to happen until it's handled accordingly. When something like this has been handled lightly and swept under the rug as this facility has handled this situation it gets to a point that it should never get to. Parents please do your children and yourself a favor and save yourselves from the heartache and nightmare that my family and I have been dealing with because of this unconcerned daycare. Search the daycare licensing site and research all the violations and history of the daycare and be weary of the reviews because the employees and owners of this facility have made their own reviews to boost their credibility instead of allowing true reviews about true experiences that children and parents have experienced with them! read more

We enrolled our daughter in the fall and we haven't regretted it once. Her amazing teachers helped completely potty train her, she seems to learn more every day she comes home and she can't wait to go learn and play with friends. We started our youngest there a couple months ago, and she is already adjusted and excited to go. A fun, structured learning environment! Cannot recommend more! read more

The Learning Experience is an AMAZING learning facility for your children! My child has gone her for awhile now and this has been by far the best childcare facility that he has been in so far. My child is a very strong willed child and most daycares do not want to take the time to work with him and this facility not only takes the time that is needed to find out what his personal needs are but to keep him busy. When I go to pick him up on most days he does not want to come home and asks if he can stay longer to play with his friends. His teachers are very personable and make it a very enjoyable experience for not only my son but for me. They actually take the time to get to know me as his parent and talk to me about his day, which I enjoy. I also love seeing what all he is learning in his class on a weekly basis! I would recommend this learning facility to anyone! read more

I don't know anything about how they are as a daycare center. I had considered taking my children there and was encouraged to hold a spot by paying the registration fee, which I would get back if I made different arrangements. They are now telling me that I cannot get my deposit back, and even though I told them I am not going there, they keep calling and emailing. We have been more than pleased to have our 2.5 year old daughter at TLE! This was hands down the cleanest center that we visited before enrolling her. The staff is friendly, knows us and our daughter, and are constantly reaching out into the community and offering fun family events. I would highly recommend TLE!! read more
