Over time, the school and its management have steadily declined. Although there were some attempts…read moreto improve, the administration remains poorly run. There are a few good teachers in the Children's House, but beyond that, very little has been positive. Ms Manviya is great! Teacher consistency is poor, and there have been numerous management changes. The only good thing is that the classrooms are spacious and filled with natural light. We have since removed our enrollment due to these ongoing issues.

But the second she transitioned into the toddler room, everything fell apart. She came home with undocumented bite marks -- yes, bite marks that no one noticed or cared to report. She was sent home in soiled diapers almost every single day. The staff used the wrong diapers, wrong wipes, and even applied diaper rash cream when I had specifically instructed them to use coconut oil. That was never authorized. It felt like my directions as a parent were ignored. The turnover is out of control -- teachers come and go constantly because they are clearly underpaid and unsupported. The director changes so often that there is no leadership or accountability. The classrooms are dirty, the toys are old, and kids are always sick because the place is not properly cleaned. And if that wasn't enough, their billing practices are a complete disaster. Despite my child being on a voucher, they suddenly decided I owed them $4,000 because they didn't process payments correctly for months. Then they had the nerve to demand I pay it all at once, as if their incompetence was somehow my fault. At the end of the day, I pulled my daughter out because I could no longer trust them to keep her safe, clean, or cared for. I put her in an at-home daycare and the difference is night and day -- she is calmer, happier, and thriving. Guidepost Montessori in Marlborough is nothing more than a glorified, overpriced daycare that fails children and families. They are disorganized, careless, and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the heartache -- your child deserves so much better.

It had come highly recommended by some parents of precious students, but I also wanted to be sure it would be a safe place for him to be now with Covid-19 procedures in place. Dr Fernandez is very open and clear about their protocols and what is expected from the children as far as contact between kids, mask wearing, and hygiene, which was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable sending my son. They also have a large outdoor space where they spend a significant amount of time in the summer months. My son absolutely loved his time there and always had something fun to tell me about when I picked him up. He enjoyed the weekly themes and the crafts and activities that go along with each week's theme. My son had clearly made a genuine connection with many of the staff and other kids there in just three short weeks, which I believe reflects greatly on the caring nature of the staff and nurturing atmosphere that they create.

Jodi and Marshall made the process of picking a place for my son to start daycare so very easy! The energy, the warmth of their spirits, the knowledge and reassurance I was given was so pleasant and gave me confidence that I had needed to trust the cleanliness of the facility and how attentive the staff would be with my baby. He started in the infant room around 9 months with Miss Sara and Miss Christine and he absolutely adored them! I am so very grateful for the staff making everything such a beautiful journey for both my child and I! We love it and recommends a 10/10 for anyone seeking childcare with a caring staff!

The first center he attended was a good daycare, but it was not the right one for my family. After my son had been at that center for about a year, I knew I needed to find a center that was a better fit for us and that is when I found the KinderCare in Marlborough. From the first day we visited, my son and infant daughter fell in love with the center and did not want to leave. The staff at this center is always friendly and professional. Besides the fact that they greet my children every morning, which makes them feel important, the teachers truly care about the development of both my son and daughter. My daughter had delayed gross motor skills and was not walking or "cruising" at 14 months nor was she eating solid foods, but once she began to attend this center there were huge improvements. The teachers spent extra time with her and really focused on how to help my daughter. In less than three months, she was eating solid foods and running. Since that time, there has been no looking back for my daughter. I have not only seen how amazing the teachers have been with my daughter, but I have seen fantastic academic growth with my son. He is four years old and already beginning to read and write as well as do math. He works on simple addition and recognizes patterns. My son has always been a happy child, but I have seen a huge confidence boost in my son since going to this center. My children are safe and happy while learning an incredible curriculum every day at this center.

After my first child was born (because you can never predict how it will go), I ended up pushing back my start date and changing it to part time for the first month. They were very accommodating, although I'm sure it was a scramble. They have lived up to everything that was reviewed back when I was interviewing. When I had my second child, I briefly considered hiring a nanny for early morning flexibility and not having to take time off due to child sick days, but I ended up enrolling her at the Cottage because I felt so comfortable with the infant teachers and the school. We remained at the Cottage into 2018 when we moved out of the area, but experienced safe, reliable, and friendly teachers and helpers from infant, toddler, to the 2's classroom. I wouldn't say it is perfect, but the director does her best to communicate changes and any concern I've had was quickly addressed by the teachers and never had to be escalated higher. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a center based childcare.

She explained the resources available to us through early intervention and private providers, going above and beyond her responsibilities. As first-time parents, having advocates who knew our child so well was invaluable. The daily updates through their app brought us peace of mind, and over the two and a half years our son attended, we accumulated over 3,000 photos. The transparency and communication were wonderful--we always felt informed about what was happening while our child was in their care. Suzie and the teachers never hesitated to make time for conversations, and our son was always excited to go to school to see his friends and teachers. What more could you ask for? We would not hesitate to send another child to Kiddie Time!

When they started they barely could hold a pencil right never mind write letters. Since they have been there within a month they not only can hold a pencil right but write letters (and enjoy doing so)!! They love going to this school. They especially love the science lab (we do too) and the indoor playground/gym. Unlike their previous school, this school doesn't keep the kids outside when it's too cold (30 is the cutoff) and when it is too cold or rainy they still get to spend their energy in a warm setting in their indoor playground which is the equivalent of those indoor playgrounds with safe and fun climbing structures. Another positive about this school is that the directors And teachers listen when you have a concern and make Sure it's addressed. Oh and meals are included although I tend to send my twins in with extra food because they are going through a growth spurt and are picky eaters. While this school is double what we used to pay it's absolutely worth it. My kids have flourished there and it makes going to work easier. Thank you OFLC for a job well done!

The change occurred 11/2022 & after being at this school for years I can't stand to even walk in here. The school now leaves a lot to be desired. I do not recommend anyone sending their children to this school. The school might look amazing when you walk in, the building looks new and the classrooms are nice, but beware sending your children here as you will regret it. This school went from an owner, teachers and a director that genuinely loved and cared for the kids to a building filled with people that could care less about you, your children and their development. Also, when voicing your concerns I suggest you put it all in writing. If you voice concerns they try to retaliate against you by making up stories about you and your family. The school will go as low as feeding your children negative thoughts about you! Also, keep a close eye on your bill! When you pay it, ensure they charged you correctly. They now have a nasty habit of overcharging you without you noticing and claiming it is correct. Let's not even mention charging your account without consent! Before I used to recommend this school to anyone and everyone, but now that they have new owners, management and teachers I would say steer clear for you and your children's sake. If you want to take a chance with this place it up to you, but remember when things are placed in small child's mind it can be detrimental.
