My absolute favorite doggy daycare. Make sure you take advantage of a referral. Let them know I…read moresent you ! If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd break Yelp's rating scale. This doggy daycare is the ultimate luxury retreat for pups--think canine country club with heart. From the moment I (Lexi the Bougie BT) strut through the doors, I'm treated like the royalty I am. The entire staff is amazing--genuinely loving, attentive, and totally in tune with every dog's personality. But the real stars of the show? Anthony and Michael, the owners, are top-tier, hands-on, always-on-site superheroes. They're there every single day--greeting us with love, making sure every detail is flawless, and creating an environment that feels like home... but better. But don't you worry, they even have cameras so that you can watch from home? And oh baby, the perks of this place: * Pool Days (yes, I splash with my squad) * Treat Parties * Photoshoots (hello, content!) * Outdoor Activities * My Boston Terrier crew--yes, I roll with a whole Boston gang! But that's not all... this place has a full-on doggy spa. * Nail trims * Ear cleanings * Teeth brushing * Luxurious baths and blowouts It's giving "spa day meets play day" and I'm absolutely here for it. And if you're traveling? No problem--they offer overnight accommodations so your pup can stay safe, comfy, and loved while you're away. No crates, no worries--just snuggles and structure. This isn't just doggy daycare--it's a lifestyle. A wellness center. A social club. A pampering palace. I go every day and I genuinely LOVE it. If you're looking for a place that will care for your pup like family, keep them active, clean, stylish, and social--this is it. He's family, and like many dogs, he's had separation anxiety--until we found this amazing team. Whether it's day care or boarding, I drop him off with complete peace of mind, knowing he's loved and cared for. After his recent 7-day "staycation," I was warmly greeted by Lane, who instantly knew I was there for Benji. Mari graciously checked me out, and Avery was an absolute delight--polite, professional, and kind. These three were wonderful! Benji looked happy and well-loved, but I was both glad and sad--glad he had fun, but sad he didn't seem ready to leave! That told me everything: The Ruff House is his second home. Special thanks to Ms. Taylor S. and Ms. Brit--your love and care mean the world to us. The Ruff House = professionalism + heart. Forever grateful!

I try to get our pup there at least once a week for day care, but this past weekend we boarded him for the first time. They have luxury state rooms that include a complimentary basic bath, play time, and room service! The staff is always friendly and greet us with respect/smiles each time. My pup loves going to daycare and is excited right when we pull into the parking lot. I've never had any issues with our pup getting sick or coming home with markings from other dogs. I love that the Ruff House conduct temperament tests to see if a dog is ready for group play.

I received updates and pictures everyday. I could tell the staff cared for my dogs, as if they were their own fur babies! Their communication and flexibility made the boarding process so easy. I was so nervous but Krista was so welcoming and is practically an expert at interpreting dog behavior. I loved that we were able to do a meet and greet before my pups stay. She introduced her wonderful dogs to our dog and quickly determined our pup would be a good fit. She gave us a tour of the the dog ranch which was impressive. I was relieved my pup would have is own large temperature controlled room to sleep in. Their dog ranch is very organized, they have an excellent system in place and routine for the dogs, lots of play time! I love that the dogs can all play outside, and that I was sent pictures of my happy dog daily. When our stay was prolonged one day, Krista accomodated us and our pup was able to stay an extra night, I would recommend bringing extra dog food in case you may return a day later than anticipated. I liked that we were able to bring our pups kennel that he loves to sleep in and his bedding. My dog has some anxiety so Krista recommended bringing boiled chicken and rice in case he didn't want to eat, that was a great idea and I love that they have a fridge to keep pets food as well. I would definitely recommend Ballypines dog ranch to anyone who wants their pet to be well cared for. It was good to not be stressed about my pups stay away from us, I completely trust them with caring for my dog. I also like that they require dogs to have all shots including the flu vaccine, bordetella vaccine and a recent fecal/stool test. In this regard it may cost more than other dog boarding facilities (that's because this is nothing like your typically dog boarding facility ) and is definitely worth it so you know your dog is less likely to get sick during their stay. My pup was so tired for two days after he returned home because he had a blast playing all day! We are looking forward to his next stay!

We received regular updates and felt well informed throughout their stay. The only issue at that time was that one of our dogs developed conjunctivitis, but it was minor and easily treated. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely different. When I was on my way to drop off our dogs, I received a call from an employee who was laughing while telling me they actually close at 5:30, not 6 as stated on their website. While I understand that arriving close to closing isn't ideal, policies like that should be clearly communicated in advance. While we were away, my phone number stopped working. A few days into the trip, I called to check on our dogs and update my contact information. During that call, the employees I spoke with were again laughing throughout the conversation. I was placed on hold for about seven minutes, only to be told "they're fine" before the call was abruptly ended after I said thank you. I had to call back just to ensure my updated phone number was on file, and I clearly explained that my original number was no longer active. At some point during our trip, there was an incident that required one of my dogs to be removed from group play. However, I was never contacted at my updated number. This is what concerns me most. I feel that my ability to make decisions for my dog's care was taken away. Had I been informed, I could have arranged for a family member to pick him up or explored other options. Instead, he was in a crate for 20 hours a day for nearly a week. I quite frankly feel ill thinking about it. My concern is mostly about the inconsistency in care and professionalism. While our first experience was great, this visit felt careless and poorly handled. Because of this, I don't feel confident bringing my dogs back in the future.

Ten years later, we had a lab (who we trained to become therapy dog with the skills we learned thru the years from CTU) and mix breed dog who had lived with us since they were puppies, but we were worried about how they would do with a new baby as I was pregnant. We took some refresher obedience classes to remind two and four legged beings of what "good house manners" are, and I took their new baby class. I'm thrilled to say that our dogs and our babies are the best of friends. We boarded our dogs there, when Four Paws Inn still had overnight boarding. Most recently, we completed puppy kindergarten and basic/ beginner training with our newest puppy. Lisa Marie and Caitlin are both amazing trainers, of both dogs and their humans. They are skilled at seeing each dog's strengths and challenges, all in the context of small group training classes. They provide coaching to owners on strategies to prevent issues, as well as showing you corrections to make when a problem arises. Their training classes are held indoors, and there is plenty of parking. Both basic and puppy kindergarten include in-person training and weekly zoom meetings to discuss questions and problems. Their training classes are helpful for both new and experienced dog owners. We are looking forward to continuing the next level of training very soon!
