I first called one Saturday morning last year with a potential emergency and he not only returned my call quickly, on the weekend, but explained things over the phone and was reassuring and knowledgeable. I knew then that I would be using his help for our future plumbing projects, and I truly couldn't be any happier with the work he completed today. It's not even 2 PM and he has finished three different plumbing jobs for me, even though one of them was major and involved cutting into tile (which many plumbers won't even attempt). My water is back up and running and I have a new shower valve, a new faucet, and a new anode rod on my hot water heater. All in less than six hours work. Ray's confidence and expertise with any job no matter how big or small is a true testament to his skill as a professional. And even though he gave me a head's up to move stuff out of the bathroom because the job could be messy, he still left an extremely clean work area in my opinion despite having to cut into the wall and tile. I am truly so impressed. For all the work he completed, I still felt that his prices were fair and reasonable. Overall, Ray is a very qualified and meticulous plumber and I would HIGHLY suggest that you contact him for all of your plumbing projects! At this point I wouldn't use anyone else. Ray is truly the real deal and a seasoned professional who takes pride in his work.

I don't make the rules…read more I had a mailer that had a special pricing offer for drain clearing and I remembered using this company in the past so I scheduled a service appointment to snake my drains full of long hair. Marianne was as friendly as she was helpful with scheduling my service and explaining their money saving annual membership plan. Devin arrived ready to clear my drains so we could resume showering like civilized people (when the drains are clogged and water pools it doesn't make anyone feel good). He explained the annual service membership and what it covers which we needed and the price was nice ($200) Now we can schedule inspections and service for our furnace, a/c, and hot water heaters hot we bought when we bought this house. I appreciate having professional, friendly, prompt service. Protect your investments in your home - get the service plan and have routine checks. I'd rather pay for maintenance than a repair/replace and suffer the inconvenience of needing emergency service and hoping you can find someone you trust. Peace of mind and a well running home are the simplest things you can enjoy. Thanks to Moore Home Service my husband and I can enjoy that. Fiver

Prior to this, two separate HVAC companies had inspected it and insisted the entire system needed to be replaced for well over $10,000. After doing a bit of research online, replacing the entire unit didn't seem like the only option, so I searched for top-rated companies on Yelp and found these guys. They came out today and had his system up and running in no time--for under $100! In a world where it's hard to know who to trust, their honesty, integrity, and fair pricing stand out immensely. Thank you so much for taking care of my grandpa and getting his heat and AC back on so quickly. My dad even sent over a copy of my grandpa's book as a small gesture of our massive gratitude. We will absolutely be referring everyone we know to you. Keep up the incredible work!

We needed to upgrade our electrical panel before moving forward with the install, which took several months to complete with the required PG&E inspections. Tyler honored the original quote and was able to get us on the schedule within a week. The work was completed in one day and the crew took the time afterwards to clean and make a minor repair to an older existing mini-split drain that services our upstairs rooms. Mikayla did a fantastic job making sure all the scheduling and paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would highly recommend Mountain House Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC services.

Alex of Prime Time Plumbing has constantly delivered prompt, reasonably priced, well thought out remedies to my various calls for help. And he is exceptionally calm and considerate, which makes dealing with him a pleasure. I live in an old farm house with archaeological layers of plumbing history. The crawl space was initially almost non-existent when I moved in. As a result, former owners' DIY plumbing projects were done in the one small open space. Plumbers and experienced handymen were confounded trying to trace the resulting maze. There were older and newer tangles of pipes and when one inevitably burst, Alex found and replaced the corroded pipe, but he also traced the purpose of each pipe and determined which was obsolete and could be capped and which was essential. Alex also diagnosed the structural reason for my frequently stopped toilet, another artifact of old building construction. Double flushing takes care of it for now, but that's the next project he's going to tackle. Alex installed a bathroom faucet assembly and thoroughly researched the correct adapter that I needed, which another highly rated plumber couldn't identify. He also removed and capped a non-functioning water heater. He has a great memory for the peculiarities of my plumbing and if there's a choice, he has provided short term and longer term options and let me decide between them without pressure. I appreciate Alex's honesty, intelligence, and very mellow vibe.

Fast, professional, accommodating and highly personable. I don't think you can go wrong using Alex.read more
