Multiple times I heard the staff talking to each other about not wanting to be there and wishing the store would close already. The cashier was unfriendly and could not be bothered when I asked a question about a sale item. She just yawned multiple times and pointed to the tag. She wouldn't clarify how the yellow tag system worked and refused to even communicate with me beyond saying yes or no. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. The manager finally stepped in and answered my question politely and clearly. This used to be my favorite store, but it is no longer worth it if I have to be treated like I'm imposing on the employees by shopping there.

We found places to sit and check out some of the reading materials we might not be able to leave the store without. There are also cute little trinkets available that you don't see elsewhere.
