The company also said they wouldn't tow it, because bla bla. So I called Authentic Tow. The people at the phone were polite. Their time estimate for sending help was accurate. The service person was polite, knowledgeable, and able to roll my car back so he could roll it on a flatbed. All this on one of those narrow, winding Marin streets. I'd rather not have car trouble; but am satisfied with the outcome.

Gate was closed and called the phone number when Ryan walked up to the gate while I was on the phone with the other guy. I come back Monday and pay a bit more than $1k because the car was there over the weekend EVEN THOUGH I TRIED TO GET IT OUT EARLIER. So I finally get my car and what do I find? Missing items from my glove compartment and garbage in stuffed in the engine bay. A slim jim wrapper to be exact.
