Jeff walked me through every step of each of my small projects. he even went to a HomeGoods store with me to help pick out a tub and tile. He installed a new tub and subway tile in the shower (the tiles lined up perfectly), a shower niche, closed off walls, added closets, removed sliding glass doors to sunroom, and repaired drywall. He worked on our home for two weeks and we are very pleased. Honest, hard-working and communicates process & status along the way. Jeff pays attention to all the little details that go i to leaving a professional finish on every task. Trustworthy to leave home alone, even with the dogs. Now that I know I have someone who I can count on to show up (and do good work), I will have plenty more projects for Jeff soon. I called Jeff to change out a water heater. The job went pretty smooth and Jeff was very personable…read moreso I thought I found a great handyman I could use for various projects. A couple of weeks after it was installed my furnace went out and the guy fixing it noticed water on top of the water heater and told me there's a leak from installation and it would rust the top out of the water heater. I took a pic of the water pooling on the water heater and sent it to Jeff and got no reply back. When he finally messaged back he said he had been running a high fever and he then scheduled a day to come out the next week to fix it. We are now 8 days past the day he scheduled with me and he has not messaged once and doesn't answer texts. Avoid! He will not fix his mistakes!!
