One of our old fluorescent recessed lights stopped working and I tried to change it to a newer LED recessed light. I wasn't able to get it to work and I called Nitesh. He gave me some tips to bypass the transformer but I still wasn't able to get it to work. He offered to come check it out and gave me a date and time a few days later. He made the drive up to San Jose all the way from Monterey and came early too. While fixing it, he patiently walked me through his steps so I could do it myself next time incase another old one goes out (I still have a couple old lights left and they don't make them anymore).
