Lots of parking and the store was organized and clean, so why only the 3 stars? I pre-ordered a…read morebook several months ago that arrived with a stain on the front cover, rather than risk them shipping another I decided to go to the store (30 minute drive) to do the exchange. After roaming around the store, I finally found the book (upstairs) and the restrooms (downstairs) - did I miss the store directory somewhere??? - and headed to the line. It was just before noon on a weekday and only one person was working at the register. I was 6th in line and 3 of the people ahead of me had complicated transactions involving B&N membership, what tote bag to pick out, etc...... FINALLY another employee came to the register (no one called for her, she just happened to be walking by) as I was the next in line, my exchange involved no paperwork and took about 15 seconds. During peak times, a second employee really needs to stay close and help out!!!
