I had a previous dentist recommend I have 9 (!!!) cavities and previous cavities refilled and I felt that I was being scammed, decided to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. He'd been here for about a couple years, but I hadn't been to see him yet. I ended up having several cavities (a couple of them particularly nasty), but DiGiorno took care of them all in about an hour. One cavity was so bad that almost the entire tooth had to be taken away. As a result, a filling wouldn't have held, so he instead filled it in with a temporary plastic-type substance and molded it to look like a whole tooth. (My oral surgeon would later say it was one of the best temporary jobs he'd ever seen and probably could have held up for another year or two.) I've been to a lot of dentists in my life, but DiGiorno is one of the best. He works very quickly but professionally, and I felt comfortable the entire time, something that's rare for me during first visits to a new dentist. The assistant staff is very friendly, and DiGiorno himself is a likable guy who enjoys talking and makes you feel at ease. It's been many years since I've had a regular dentist, but for the foreseeable future, DiGiorno will be my dentist of choice.

So needless to say we needed a new dentist. My mother in law recommended one but when I went to look them up on Yelp now many reviews and they weren't really that great. So my search began. I came across Lisa sarasqueta DDS page. She may not have had a lot of reviews but they were very favorable. So I decided to try them. Called the office and was able to get my family of 3 appointments. So far so great. All the staff there were very personal and knowledgeable. I thought I was going in to hear bad news but turns out everything was good. Both my spouse and I were happy with this office. I am very glad I found them. Only fault is that they are closed on Fridays, but hey I'm off on Fridays too.So I don't blame them. 5 stars all the way.

Now in the chair - I know what they don't know things don't look so good / I left my appointment looking forward to my next appointment. And instead of trying to milk me dry with unnecessary options - the Dentist gave me options and hope in chewing on my own teeth from some time to come. I have been to dentist offices where they were trying to up-sell me but this office not only gives you great customer service but are really concern with what is best for the patient. They covered virtually nothing of an $840 bill that included initial visit, cleaning and X-rays. The periodontal work was $500 and they covered $12. Even cancelling the policy was a trial (although the customer service agent was very nice.) Our new dental group has a 'membership plan.' It is a little more expensive than Cigna but it would have covered our services in full. I have a feeling that dental groups are tired of dealing with the insurance so they are providing their own plans. Better coverage for patients, less headaches for the office. Definitely suggest asking when looking for a new dentist.

Called back in May - still working on claim. Called in June - said they needed more info (whole mouth Xray) which was sent in May. Called today - June 29 & they asked for the whole mouth Xray again. Finally someone with 1/2 a brain looked & say they had everything they needed on May 12. Seems like a very unorganized comapny with idiots working on the claims

Front desk was very helpful and nice, I think that all the good I can say about this place. Anywho, when I came in to cement my bridge on the doctor only came in introduced himself looked at my tooth and sent someone else to come cement it on. She didn't even ask check to see if it fit properly, just cemented right on. Later that night, it felt uncomfortable, next day worse and so on. On the next week I noticed my gums were swollen, so I figured they placed the bridge incorrectly. I go in to get seen again, another doctor sees me, she shaves down my bridge and said that was the issue, said I should t have pain again and if I do take ibuprofen. That night the pain got worse, next morning even worse. I called in they gave me an appointment that same day. The first doctor I seen attended me and asked what was the issue. I said honestly I don't know but I am having immense pain, please remove this bridge! The doctor said, it was your bridge you brought in we just cemented it back on. We did nothing wrong. oh dear this doctor has no compassion. I told him that I was in so much pain I had to ask him to numb my area, he injected me but numbed everywhere else but the affected area! When he sent the hygienist to come clean up the area, because he refused to remove or even adjust the bridge she started to clean up the area and I started crying of the immense pain! She stopped and looked at the X-ray taken, said I had bone loss and that's probably what's causing the pain. After she seen me crying she gave me another injection for numbness and said I was all done and sent me off home. I asked what do I do for this pain, she said go ask the doctor to prescribe something for you. He prescribed me ibuprofen! After I told them I've been taking that and it's not helping relieve the pain! I will never set foot in this place again! These people know nothing about what they're doing! If you have an appointment here, please think twice and do not schedule here! It's horrible, they have no compassion for patients in pain. They didn't even find a solution to my problem! I'll definitely be going back to my family dentist even if I have to drive 2 hours.
