I would like to start by saying that my family has purchased close to 10 Toyotas from Newburgh Toyota over the years and we couldn't be more pleased with them. Recently I had ordered a 25 Tundra platinum hybrid max with a 6.5ft bed. Nelson was my salesperson and he was fantastic. From the moment the truck got to the dealership he was in contact with me and worked around my work schedule to get in there and get the paperwork taken care of. They made all the paperwork and bank info an absolute breeze. When I got there the truck was detailed in the bay ready to go and within 40 minutes all the paperwork was done. Nelson personally took me out to the truck and went through every button and option in the truck, helped set up the Toyota Connect, and made sure that I was totally satisfied and understood everything about the truck before I left the lot. The level of service from this dealer and Nelson is impeccable and I highly recommend them. Mario the GM at Newburgh Toyota shows the level of professionalism in running a dealership that I feel always puts the customer first and goes out of their way to help you. Also when I go there for service I highly recommend Steve Conrad. He is all I ever work with and likewise with everyone else his knowledge of cars and years of loyalty to Toyota show in how he treats and helps his customers. Every step of the way whether it be service, sales, or parts this is the only Toyota dealership that you should be going to.

My new Toyota Tundra from Newburgh Toyota. Shot there today.

I have bought many new cars over the years and I have experienced many dealerships and sales people most of whom I wish I never met. I just visited Newburgh Toyota and worked with a saleman Nelson. Let me tell you, I could not be happier. He knew what he was selling and is so honest. I have a toyota dealer one mile from my home and I drove to Newburgh New York (over 60 miles) and I am so glad I did. What a pleasure to find a saleman who knows what he is selling. When I picked it up, he spent at least a half hour going over everything my new Tundra had to offer. Thank for an amazing experience. Not only with Nelson but everyone I worked with in the dealership. When you go in.. remember ask for Nelson

Skid plate missing from oil change plug

I went in for an oil change prior to going to a National Park, they didn't reinstall the skid plates. It took several phone calls to get a service manager on the phone. I don't understand how the Technician didn't notice a sizable plate left in the work area after he was finished with my four runner?.. Service Department really seem interested in resolving the issue. I couldn't use my truck in the National Park as the underside of the engine was exposed to rocks should I had gone off road

I'm going to have to update my review. I have gone back to this place multiple times since my first review, and I have received outstanding service. I really appreciate that the manager even reached out to me because he wanted to improve my experience. I take my car to this location for all of its maintenance now.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! if you work hard for your money and value your cold hard cash then never step foot in this place. If not by all means please head down to newburgh toyota 218 route 17k and go see there fine and lovely snake oil salesman bobby messina. Bobby took advantage of my elderly father who suffers from dementia and honestly was reassured by bobby that he was getting a great deal! My father was so excited and overcome with joy because he knew how hard the car buying process has become over the recent few years. Well let me tell you about this "deal" he sold a lemon 2014 ford focus with a faulty transmission sensor that fails every 2,000 miles and needs to be replaced which is a pretty well known fact by new car salesman let alone a one of expertise level that Bobby messina had assured my father he was. The car had a listed mileage of 58,704 who provided my father with fake and not real car reports that he honestly thought was carfax reports but they were not. They were experian auto check which is not a valid source of records for buying a vehicle in the auto industry. Which bobby messina knew all too well, which is why he did not provide the car fax record because he knew what it showed! He provided a 5 page "experian records" that showed 0 Problems reported on every page. How could this be bobby? Let me tell you how you knew very well bobby the car dealerships/ Repair shows all only use Car Fax to report car service records that were performed on the vehicle during the service not experian which I will be uploading for everyone to see so there customers will now the dirty, sleazy, disgusting habits of not being honest with their customers and trying to surpress records they don't want you to see. Experian never even reported a state title which was on the first page of the report and was quickly skimmed by my father to show him all the zeros he wanted to see to secure the deal and grease his dirty fat pockets. Cusotmers who don't know any better, but are only simply relying on the guidance from the salesman. Do not make the same mistake I did and do your research and your third party verifications. Bring a mechanic with you, an average level mechanic would have spotted this problem and warned the customer the deal is not what it seems and is probably a scam. Shame on you bobby messina for providing the level of expertise and customer service you are providing to the customers of newbrugh, especially their elderly ones who are easy targets. Do not let your elderly family members come here all by themselves because they are easy targets for scams newburgh toyota loves to get away with. I hope karma find you if she already did not and settles her scores with you. She always does :) As for trying her scores with you. She always does :) As for trying to receive a refund from the broken car they sold my father bobby messina response was well see you court then! To be honest bobby I would love to take you up on your offer but for the amount of emotional distress and damage you have already caused to my elderly father who is very exhausted by this entire situation and just wants everything to be over with even if it means getting rid of the broken car and taking the full loss then so bid it my father deserves to live the rest of his life being happy and enjoying it relaxing sitting on a beach somewhere not having to lug him back and forth to and from courts/lawyers over the next 2 years no amount of money is worth this. Clearly taken advantage of by you bobby the amount of drama and costs of legal battles that i'm sure with company would love to hold up and adjourn as many years as they wish. It was Unfortunately there are no good salesmen's left in this industry they have all been blinded by the greed and shitty loophole new york state laws that protect their scams and make it a very difficult process for NYS to make the dealership return the funds. WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF 2024 we all live in now ladies and gentlemen! LESSON LEARNED!

I know what bad service looks like because I drive past a couple dealerships to come to you guys. I even make peace with the drive because I believe that the closest dealership isn't always the best. I have been to your location numerous times and I also purchased a service plan to show my commitment to come to this facility. I will speak on my most recent experience and how it has failed. Not long ago I came to you guys for an oil change which was part of the service plan (that I bought from you guys) and found out from a crappy dealership which was next to my house that you guys didn't even top off my fluids. When I called back I was told that you guys only do that when a person is aware and or asks because of the cost of the coolant. That's unsatisfactory. What person would knowingly neglect their cars cooling system to save money? And why would you send them out with a car that has potential to overheat and cause more problems? So I came to the dealership near me they topped off my fluids then I came back to you guys because I have the service plan and I'm supposed to get a discount, again going past a couple dealerships to get to you to fix a problem of my car overheating as an example. Even with AI/Chat GPT, troubleshooting can be done on the vehicle and tell you that it was more than just a coolant flush, that's what you guys told me it was and sent me on my way. Not even a month later now my entire cooling system has been stressed and failed and I have a $3,500 bill because you guys did not pay attention and exercise any type of troubleshooting standard. Instead of trying to understand the problem you guys thought, oh, let's throw a fix at the problem. So within the last month two visits I have spent $4,100 and you guys did not give me a ride home from dropping off my vehicle, you guys have not offered to pick me up to pick up my vehicle. I have worked in maintenance management here's what I can tell you, we have a Fix-It once within 30 days policy. If someone comes back within that 30 days we look as it to be our problem we don't point fingers, or place blame, we don't look for the additional revenue of a return customer. This also shows a lack of scheduling because the more vehicles that come to you, the busier you guys are and the longer it takes for you to get vehicles fixed. If you can fix it right the first time, then then you prevent return visits adding to a workload. You have to stop the repeat visits, you have to have the courage to look the customer in the eye and talk to them about the visits, especially when we are talking the same cooling system in my case which as I told you guys the very first time with the numerous problems that I had should be addressed. You guys chose not to offer any kind of discount when your troubleshooting has failed and you guys think that all customers have their understanding of customer service, maintenance management and will keep showing up to spend money and waste their time, and couldn't offer me help in transportation, even to pick up my vehicle with your shuttle ride. If a guy spends 4,000 at your dealership and you can't even give him a ride on your shuttle to the dealership, then I don't even know how much else I need to explain in this review. You have no management plan about offering loaner cars, I would advise anyone that would listen to me to avoid your dealership. This is not a Cadillac dealership this is a Yugo dealership. I see nothing but crappy service and this has been multiple visits now.

I felt it was time for a change. I began my search at Healey Brothers Kia in Newburgh, NY. After doing much research on Kia in general and on the Seltos, I knew I was making the right decision after test driving vehicles at other dealerships. The Seltos has been great with it's all wheel drive in bad weather; it handles the road much like a Subaru in all weather conditions. I enjoy the ride and the countless safety sensors, which some may find annoying, but I love them! Alia, was WONDERFUL! She gave me the confidence I needed to make the switch. She is very personal, professional and she knows the brand. I have been in sales for over 30yrs. When you are the buyer you appreciate good salesmanship even more. Alia treated me not as one salesperson to another, but as she herself would expect to be treated; that goes a long way in sales. I will gladly request her in the future. The finance department and management were also very helpful and considerate in meeting the financial budget I had to work with. Colleen F.

On the morning of my appointment, my tire pressure warning light also illuminated, and I requested that the tires be checked as an additional concern. During the visit, I was informed that I needed two new tires because one was allegedly bald. This assertion made no sense, as the tires had been purchased less than two months earlier. After I questioned this finding with the service manager, he later contacted me and claimed that my new tires were actually on my sister's vehicle, stating that he personally had driven to her home and seen the tires on her car. This accusation strongly implied that my sister and I had switched tires, which is completely false, offensive, and unprofessional. My sister then spoke directly with him and provided proof that she purchased her own four brand new tires in May from a tire company. The service manager had his cashier call while my sister was on the phone to confirm the purchase to Nissan's Service Department. The tire company confirmed, conclusively disproving the accusation. Immediately following this call, my sister contacted Nissan Corporate Consumer Affairs, and a case was opened. Despite Nissan Corporate being placed on notice, no corrective action was taken, no meaningful follow-up occurred, and the dealership's conduct was allowed to continue unaddressed. My vehicle was returned to me 1 1/2 weeks later. The dealership represented that four new tires had been installed on my vehicle prior to its return. However, just two weeks after picking up my car, my tire pressure warning light illuminated again. Given the prior false accusations, contradictory statements, lack of transparency, and the significant cost of the work involved, this has caused me to seriously question whether the work they claim to have performed was done correctly--or at all. Because I also purchased new brakes, and a bunch of other services they stated I needed, and the total cost of work and parts purchased during the 2 visits was almost $5,000, I am now deeply concerned about whether these critical safety and performance components were properly installed, inspected, or even installed at all. This entire situation has caused significant emotional distress. I have not been sleeping well, as I rely on this vehicle for work and to transport my elderly mother. The possibility that essential safety components may not have been properly installed or accurately represented, especially after spending almost $5,000, is extremely troubling.
