The sash/belt was improperly sewn, causing it to fall off during my fitting. The bustle was not completed; only one button was added, with safety pins still present. The store had to correct these issues while I was there. I also believe the hem was not completed. My dress was held for approximately one month, yet the work appeared rushed and incomplete. The alterations manager, Nyx, only apologized after I expressed that she had not taken accountability for the issues. The store manager, Keyatta, stated she would contact Corporate because the location was an outlet store. However, the store was not presented as an outlet when I purchased my dress or when I scheduled my alterations. I was asked to allow until September 10 for management to speak with Corporate. When I followed up, I was told my information had been passed to the assistant manager to provide to Corporate. Seven days later, I still have received no response. I paid for my alterations to be completed properly before pickup, but the agreed-upon services were not fulfilled. No bride should leave a fitting upset because the dress she paid to have altered was not completed due to the alterations team's failure to fulfill the order and management's lack of accountability.

She also just opened the curtain and walked in on my 7 year old changing who my mother was already helping. I went to swap a size for a better fit and she tells me only 6 allowed and we had maxed out 6 dresses out. None of our other trips had been limited AND the store had been busy. I'll say again it was ONLY my 2 daughters in the store and several hours before she closed. She then starts back to saying things like we don't understand it's only 6 total and there are sizes for my girls all her dresses are 'cut so small' 'no plus sizes' 'she so wide that one'. Thank goodness my girls had walked away and didn't hear the very rude and inappropriate comments. I purchased the 2 dresses my girls had picked for their event this weekend due to limited time but I will NEVER bring my business back nor will I ever recommend this store.
