Upon my return I noticed two very obvious stains. So I respectfully declined taking possession of the defective item. I was offered five dollars by an associate for dry cleaning. Long story short I rejected that offer as well, I received a replacement pair of slacks but took a $12 alteration fee loss just to be done with this inconvenient ordeal. I will also end up paying for another alteration. In closing I'd advise MMW to simply do better.

I've been to my share of BR's and this one's staff is truly top notch. They carry themselves with such class and are SO helpful. You would think, you were in a high-end boutique, not a chain store that you can find in a mall. After stopping in this location several times, I can confidently state that the staff do not wait for you to ask them for help. The absent-minded teen is not employed here. I have never seen a staff member using a personal cell phone or displaying similar unprofessional behaviors. I like the clothes at BR a lot. I love how attentive and professional the salespeople are. For example, they will start a dressing room so you're not lugging your potential purchases through the store. However, they are not intrusive or overly chatty. They were also really good about bringing other sizes to the dressing room and checking other stores for desired items. I generally hate clothes that are artificially high just because they have a certain logo on it. As I have become older, also a bit more prosperous, I have gotten past that to some degree.
