It had all the amenities of an apartment (such a large fridge, popcorn, paper towels) but also the amenities of a hotel such a housekeeping and front desk services. I was craving dessert and fortunately did not have to go far since they have ice cream available in the lobby (for a small charge)! They also offer breakfast with yogurt and fruits. They have an indoor pool (but the water seemed quite chilly) and a small gym (but with enough equipment for a good workout such as an elliptical, treadmill, bike, free weights, mats). It's also empty so you basically get the entire area to yourself. Overall, great hotel experience. If I come back to Southaven, I'll come stay here again :)

So, if you don't select that drop down, you will never notice it until you arrive at the hotel. Just another way for them to add on additional fees at an already pricey hotel. *The bathroom tub did not have a plug to hold the water. May have just been our room, though. *Breakfast was not setup timely. We had an early flight, but thought we would grab a quick breakfast before heading out. They were able to work their magic so that we could be moved to the connecting rooms on the 2nd day of our 4 night stay. Filthy and disgusting!…read more This makes me sad to have to say this about any Hilton brand hotel, but this hotel is below standard and should be closed. If I could give it 0/5 stars instead of 1/5 I would. As a gold member I have stayed at many Hilton brand hotels all over the country and this one takes the cake for being the worst. To start the lady working the front desk was in sweatpants and unprofessional from the get go. One of the elevators was broken without any sign letting you know if you use it to go up you can't come back down on it. The elevator, halls, and common areas had garbage, crumbs, fingernail clippings, food, hair, and dust everywhere. It had been weeks clearly or even a month or more since they had been cleaned. The pool area oh my gosh the pool area clearly had not been cleaned. Hair and scum floating on the surface and again food left on the floors and chairs. No towels for those risking using this thing either. The room carpet was stained all over. The office chair had what looked like feces smeared on it, the bed had a stain, the back of the door by the peep hole had tons of fingerprints where it had clearly never been cleaned, the shower had stains and hair, and the kitchenette surface had crumbs. Just top level disgusting. Milk and yogurt for breakfast were ROOM TEMPERATURE not cold at all. I wouldn't trust anything from this hotel and we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast in the morning. I'm not sure what is going on here, but this place is an extremely disgusting disappointment. This is not the Hilton standard and the manager should be very ashamed of him/herself.
