I've been a regular shopper of Dillard's for the past several decades. This particular location is…read moreextremely convenient to me and my family members. I'm glad that there remains a decent brick-and-mortar purveyor of men's clothing and accessories within the Mid-South. (On-line shopping is a very poor substitute for physically examining products and trying on clothing.) All in all, I have no complaints about the quality of service from the employees. Plus, the seasonal sales here can really save the attentive consumer some serious coin. I recommend this store, I plan to continue patronizing it.

Love this location of Dillards!…read more They carry everything that I am looking for and things that's I didn't even know that I needed. This is the closest location to my home and I stop by pretty regularly for gifts and my own personal shopping experiences. I have always found the associates quite helpful in every area I visit. I am probably in the men's dress clothes and scents areas the most often. I do tag along with the bride a good bit as well. She probably likes it here more than me so I get to see all the lady stuff too. She is especially fond of the purse section I have noticed. As far as scents are concerned, there is significant savings if you buy online, but you can't smell them online. I find success in asking the ladies for the "best smelling, least popular scents". I don't want to smell like everybody else. LOL. '24 - 22/100

I have found my favorite clothing store...yes!…read more This was my second time at Vineyard Vines, and it will be my clothing store. First, the clothes are quality made, they fit me great, and baby they have color. If you're looking for boring gray and black this ain't it. Next, the store is vibrant, clean, brightly lit and clean. You can tell the staff cares. Now, most importantly the staff. I was greeted by Eric. He was friendly and super helpful. George, the young man who helped me a lot, was friendly, knowledgeable and gave recommendations and shared his opinion. I was checked out by Jimmy. Again, a friendly, helpful person! Someone is doing a good job training this team. I'll be back. If you like vibrant, you should check it out.

The store is beautiful and the people are very friendly. (I hope that this doesn't change after the newness wears off). Although the store is small, they have a whale of a selection! Clothing for men, women & children. If you're a fan of V V, you'll want to come & check out this store. I'm sure any discount is worth coming to take a look OR at least come & whale-watch like I did.

Longtime Browser (... I mean Shopper)…read more Real Quick: + Designer-brand Big & Tall Sizes that guys can't find anywhere else + Store is (almost) always organized, neat & clean + Friendly staff always willing to help + They are EXPENSIVE (for my budget) More Detail: I've been visiting this store for a long, long time. In fact, I remember when it used to be a Repp B&T & a Casual Male. When DXL took over, it got CRAZY EXPENSIVE -at least more than I want to pay for clothes. I remember once they had a selection of pocket squares for close to $100 each! (Just the hankie. No tie included!) Well, now a big guy can finally find a nice selection of designer labels (Polo Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Vineyard Vines, True Religion, etc). I've seen sizes 6X and size 60+. Personally, I can shop for my size in many department stores at much lower prices (albeit the selection is very poor elsewhere.) Clearance Back Corner: Yes, I'm the guy who starts in the back of the store and first looks for any bargains first. For the past few years, their clearance corner is pretty meager. The selection is slim and most items are only 25% off the sticker price. YUCK! Merchandise: The products are high-quality. I still wear sportcoats, slacks, jeans, etc. I purchased from DXL many years ago! Coupons: I no longer get any discounts that "wow" me or compel me to visit. Most coupons require that I spend at least $100! I did receive a birthday coupon -if I spend $50. (Thanks DXL) People: The people are always nice and willing to help. I've seen many come & go over the years, but Katrina is still there and always greets me with a warm welcome. Store: The store's appearance lives up to its reputation. It is always clean and well organized. It even smells real nice! I won't knock-off a star simply because their prices are more than I'm willing to pay. I do recommend it for the big & tall guy!

One of my favorite T-shirts' came from here. It embarrasses my wife when I wear it because I get so many compliments on it and it says SEX! Ha. I'm not sure why it embarrasses her. It's a hell of a life mantra I think. In fact, if you can live the life of that T-shirt I'd say you would be doing quite well. I'll continue to stop in every time I visit the mall. I was on the prowl for a dress. I had ordered a dress online, which of course didn't arrive until the day before a gala I was attending, and also didn't fit. The stress... On a whim, I stopped into WHBM and was practically to the register before anyone acknowledged me. One staff member addressed me, asked what I was looking for, and quickly handed me off to another sales person behind the register who refused to even look at me. The two then disappeared through a door to the stock room. Umm, what? I was in workout clothes and my hair was in a bun, so I wondered if they had judged me for that then remembered how ridiculous it would be for them to dismiss me because of that. For the record, I happen to have worked retail for years and know from experience that you never know which customer is going to drop some serious dough. I took a quick look around and saw a dress that caught my eye, but decided not to even try it on. I've made it a rule not to make purchases when I receive bad customer service, which has left me leaving quite a few Saddle Creek stores without bags, but that's another story for another day.
