I was pretty shocked to find only two other customers inside, but it should have been a red flag. Although the store was packed with clothes, there was only one thing on the floor that caught my eye. Much of what was out looked like it had been in the store for a while and my shopping experience was not improved by the sales team. There were three associates working the floor but I made my way to the back of the space before anyone acknowledged me in the near empty store. Also, as a former LOFT sales associate, I was shocked that none of them offered to start a fitting room for me while I walked throughout the store carrying dresses I eventually tried on. The dresses were cut poorly and didn't fit, which was a bummer, because I love LOFT. I probably wouldn't visit this location again... not that anyone in the store would notice if I was there or not. read more

I stopped while traveling. Though two clerks were working, they both were ringing up a man who was waiting for his wife in the dressing room. Rather than open another register or have him wait until his wife was done shopping, I was left standing there. I waited more than 15 minutes to check out. I should have just left my items behind during the wait. But, then, I got home to see I'd been overcharged. Loft will not offer a refund or credit unless I drive back to the store. Don't waste your time or money. read more

There were three associates working the floor and I walked all over the store without any of them even acknowledging me. Didn't want to buy anything just because of that reason. Y'all need to do better and be friendlier to customers. read more

Deals, Deals, Deals !!…read more If you're in the Memphis area, then you have to check out the Southaven Outlets. This is a Tanger Mall, and although there are lots of deals to be found, you can find additional deals and discounts with the app. After a weekend in Memphis, I went to Southaven to find great deals. I stocked up on Columbia, PUMA, Nike, and Under Armour and even with the USD to CAD exchange rates, I still saved quite a bit of money. There are many stores to choose from, as well as coffee and food options, so that you can recharge and get more shopping done.

They have done better at remaining a crave-able product than companies like Guess, Hilfiger, Abercrombie, Calvin Klein, Fila, Nautica, etc. these brands seem to fade away and the some resurge, but Ralph Lauren remains relevant at all times in my opinion. The crew working here are down to earth, nice people, that are actually willing to help! I am always being asked if I can be helped. Growing up, Polo Green cologne was the holy water of teenage boys. I would have done anything to be able to convince my parents to buy it for me. The clothes were something that wasn't even a possibility for our apparent broke asses. I could not even fathom ever wearing a Polo garment. But.... Maybe for Christmas I could get a tiny bottle of that stuff. Hell, honestly, it would have been awesome for them to buy me anything that was brand name for that matter. They did not believe in nice things, good food, fun, or anything else enjoyable really. Maybe that is why I am like I am. LOL, sorry, I digress... Now I am older and I have my own money I still struggle mentally with buying expensive clothes. I don't know if it's the childhood trauma or just being frugal, but buying this stuff in an Outlet Mall environment is my jam. It reduces the anxiety and lets me be mentally free to spend my money!!! I will still never buy a $300 sweater though! '25 - 76/111

Yep Supportive bras and accessories. Yep Super packs of underwear that are priced so out of this world. Yep Nice ladies to help me try on my new underwear. Nope. I like the Hanes white t shirts for summer time. They are thin and the sleeves are short enough not to poke out from under polo type shirts. They run sales that make them all really cheap. I throw my underwear away and replace them seasonally so this place is clutch. I like whites to be white. Toss that shiz as soon as it starts to fade, get grey, or shows collar stain. Yuck. I responded, "I have an appointment with a stylist at 3 for a shampoo and roller set." While talking with this stylist (she never introduced herself), we were at least 15 ft apart.
