Not quite sure if it is that I feel like I finally got my shot on Wheel of Fortune or if it is because you never know what deal you will land on. Hell, perhaps it is the guy who narrates the whole spinning process atop a stage with a wireless mic. (Actually, now that I've taken the time to sit down and write it all out, it's definitely the narrator guy. Hands down.) Okay, prize wheel aside, Shoe Carnival has a decent selection of shoes. They offer heels, sandals, flip flops, boots and sneakers for women- and have an equally large men's selection. You can also get really good deals here even if the prize wheel man isn't working that day. I've gone in here quite a few times only to be heart broken when I saw his podium empty. *single tear* The staff has always been helpful and friendly. As an added bonus, shoe carnival carries sizes up to a 12 for gals. Which is nice when you have big feet. It is such a chore finding shoes to fit these mammoths.

I always find cute sandals, crocs or tennis shoes for my daughters at Rack Room, and will spend a good chunk of time gazing over the sale merchandise. Both of my daughters are so obsessed with shoes that I believe I might be raising a couple of mini Carrie Bradshaws. Seriously, their first words were Dada, Momma and shoes. Being able to find bargains for these two is a great feat. I usually find a couple of cute pairs for myself at reasonable prices, and have confidence that they will last a while. I am still wearing a pair of cowboy boots that I bought about a decade ago, so the quality is really great. Stylish, but not too trendy, Rack Room is a fave with me and my girls.
