Our Murphy Bed was installed a long time ago and unfortunately installed incorrectly resulting in the unit breaking in multiple areas. I needed to have the unit repaired as soon as possible. I found NY Murphy Bed Repairs and Jose. He was able to come to NYC and fix on the spot. He even created his own design of a small metal brace to make sure the unit was secure to the floor, which that was the main problem. He was able to assess the issues and correct them so that the bed unit is totally repaired. Jose is professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable and well worth it. Jose and AJ arrived on time and completed the job of replacing the springs on our Murphy Bed in less than an hour. In the process of changing out the springs which need to be replaced on a routine basis due to wear and tear, they educated us on what we needed to do to maintain the bed in good working order.
