We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! If you're nervous about hiring a contractor (and who isn't?), Procraft is the team that will restore your faith. We could not be happier and will absolutely be calling them for our next project.

Despite paying 74% of the total contract price, the project was eventually abandoned, leaving the interior like an incomplete skeleton and essential exterior work (like siding and gutters) undone. They only stopped when they were confronted. They didn't realize I was home one day. Workers also went into my refrigerator and bedroom quarters to leave business cards. Furthermore, after requesting our flooring installation money back due to the endless delays, the contractor refused to issue a refund.
