I had a full front wrap/ceramic coating/undercoating and I could not be happier! Omar had it in the building when I arrived sitting under the bright lights and I almost needed sun glasses! Ella (her new name), glistened under the lights. Omar showed us how nothing would stick to the surface. Mother Nature had be showing her lately, and you can barely tell that it has ever been in the rain! There were some extras with the wrap that I asked for and there were no additional charges! Absolutely fantastic customer service and products. Ruby (2025 XT5) is going in for some hail damage and the front wrap/ceramic, and I know that Omar and the crew will treat her right! Was going to bring it to Infiniti to get it fully assessed and fixed but the dealerships outsource this type of thing and I wanted to be sure it was done properly. Scouted around the Northshore looking for someone with a stellar rep and Windshield Pros is who kept coming up as the best rated so I figured I'd give them a try (Lombard). I called and explained the issue and the office manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating (she's definitely a credit to their operation). They squeezed me in 1st thing in the morning next day at their shop and the owner (I believe) himself handled things (personable, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and by all accounts truly trustworthy). He brought me into the shop to explain a few issues after assessment and was able to fix it without needing to replace all of the expensive pieces necessary. I was fully prepared to replace everything and get a new windshield and new trim pieces but after working his magic it turned out to be unnecessary for the time being. Honest, quite knowledgeable, and very good at what they do (also had an opportunity to meet a couple other techs and they were equally savvy, friendly, and obviously knew their trade). The price was more than fair, imho, and frankly I can't think of any reason why I would go anywhere else in the future for any of our 4 vehicles. Iirc, it was Bill Simek who I dealt with and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, the Lombard front office, and the friendly techs I met.

I looked up Miromax for PDR and figured I would trust them to fix my baby. Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is an award winning shop and it shows in their work. As thorough as I am, I was unable to see any of the previous damage. Not one dent, crease, dimple...notta! Car was clean and looked better than new. Don't go to a collision shop for paintless dent removal, go to Miromax. I was originally going to go to a collision shop, until they said that they were going to have a PDR shop (30 miles) from my house, do the work. I said NO, and I then chose to use Miromax. Miroslav truly cares about your car, and treats its like it's his own. I am so happy that I chose Miromax and truck looks great! Kudo's to this team. I will go back if ever needed again, and will recommend to others. Thanks Miroslav!

WHY MY REVIEW MATTERS: Because I was paying out of pocket, not going through insurance. This is my…read morefirst-hand experience. I do not recommend this business. I try to be very disciplined in leaving 1-star reviews, but this business deserves it. I came in with a scratch that started at my driver-side door and ended on my passenger door. I was quoted and given an estimate by an employee. I called back to schedule a drop-off and a woman who called herself the owner was so difficult to speak with. Not only did she over-talk me, but she bad-mouthed her employees. She followed by saying her employee shouldn't have given me an estimate. I said, well why is the employee working there then? The owner replied, "Well she's new." To which I responded, "Well why was she left alone then?" I continued, "I have an estimate in the name of the company and I'd like to drop my car off and for the estimate to be honored." After going back and forth for 18 MINUTES, she finally agreed to "allow" me to drop my car off so that SHE could take a look. I got to the business, and the owner was even ruder in person. Then she said, well this quote is no good. Let's walk outside so I can give you a real estimate. Then she said, what [former employee] quoted you doesn't cover repair. So the scratch will still be there. After more back and forth arguing bc she wanted to double the price on me even though I was holding the work order in my hand showing her, I just left. My time and well-being are too important. I saw other negative comments about storage fees being 3x the industry standard - it's true ($110/day). I saw comments about the owner being unpleasant - it's beyond true. Avoid this place. It's not worth the price or the headache.
