I was told the pricing error was due to an "intern" mistakenly listing the item incorrectly. Given Grails SF's reputation, I expected them to honor the listed price or, at the very least, offer a reasonable solution. I even asked if they could provide a discount on a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, but I was told there was nothing they could do. That response was especially disappointing and left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of the business.
