I've truly enjoyed everything here, but show stoppers for me are the beef and broccoli-great portions with crunch big broccoli pieces and generous amounts of beef, and the shrimp hibachi. Both of those are so so good every time. The house lo mein is really good and full of protein. If you eat inside, they have a little soft serve ice cream machine and a few trays of cookies in the dining area that you can enjoy. Not the friendliest service, but i feel like that is common in Asian restaurants that are true Asian and not Pei Wei crap. They are pretty serious. The soft music is relaxing. They raised the prices on lunch specials, but dinner specials are just a dollar more. We got dinners and had enough left for another meal. Food was inedible and tasted old/spoiled. It looked great, but the taste quality was not there. Picked up my order and the food was cold. When I called them about my order, they were not helpful and rather annoyed. This was my first day and meal in Oklahoma and it already started off rough. I also got their boba, which was super grainy and the boba balls were hard. There was an immense yellow from the food coloring they used in the egg drop soup, too, which was unusual. The New Red Dragon is an awesome take out place! I can't speak for the restaurant experience since I've always taken the food home. But, I would be very disappointed if the restaurant experience wasn't top notch as well. The takeaway food has always been ready by the time I arrive, and it takes me about 15 minutes to drive there. The food is neatly packaged so it all arrives at home in one piece without the soup spilling out all over the package. The amount of food is way more than I can eat in one meal. It always ends up as two meals, and if I divided into portions that I should be eating it would be three portions. The quality of the food is unquestionably some of the best I've ever tasted. I can't attest to everything on the menu, but I can attest to the General Tso, Hunan Beef, Szechuan Shrimp, Chicken Cho Cho's, Cheese Wantons, Egg Drop Soup, Hot & Sour Soup, and Vegetable Egg Rolls all have a great flavor. You never knew you needed Chinese Fajitas (Hibachi) we absolutely love it here it is not trinational so don't go expecting that but with the sauce and the vegies it give a flavor way beyond any of those bland Hibachis around. You can't really go wrong here, my biggest compliment is the way they cook the vegies there are never mushy or over done so they have a nice snap when you bite into them. This is the spot that probably is the best Moo goo gai pan a dish most places do too gooy but its just right here. The fired rice used in dishes like the Yangzhou fried rice is just right not too oily and has lots of flavor, I don't really care for generic fried used in like a lunch special I much prefer these full dinner portion I think the meats and veggies gives it a better taste. Quiet, sleepy little strip mall Chinese food restaurant. I went in for lunch because I had some thing nearby. There were two or three tables and it was pretty quiet. I ordered the spice beef noodle soup (Not a typo it is just spice). Giant bowl of soup came out loaded with sliced beef, bok choy, and tons of noodles in a very rich beef broth. It was so big I was able to take an equal size portion home. It was good, but difficult to eat and required slurping so I ended up getting some on my shirt ha ha ha. The other problem is the beef strips were so thick and large it would have been nice to be able to cut them but I did not have a knife. Additionally same goes for the bok choy, so big it did not fit into your mouth and one bite. This was easily fixed when I was able to cut it up at home my second serving. So, pickup experience was pretty good all things considered. Just be aware they they are currently doing takeout only, so they are keeping their doors locked. You might have to wait a minute for them to see you. Don't give up. I ordered the Pu-Pu Plater and the Wanton Soup. The taste of both was on point. The Wanton Soup especially was excellent. All of it equaled a perfect meal for a party of one like myself. The one note of caution I have to give is that, though the food was still fairly warm, it was starting to cool by the time I had gotten home. This is normal for takeout to some extent, however, I live less than 5 mins away and left the house as soon as I was notified my order was ready.
