Great pedicure and environment. But it does not take me to be fluent in a language to understand when I am being spoken about in a different language. Learn to not talk about your customers in front of them and your salon will be busy on Saturday afternoon in the middle of summer. Five stars for the pedicure, negative four for the employees. I'm changing my rave reviews because I came here to relax and enjoy my pedicure. What I got instead was 2 employees blabbing the entire time. They may have been talking about me and a few other customers. ..I don't really give #$@! But it was annoying! My lady kept stopping to answer the phone..that was really annoying! Maybe I was there on an off day, as it was a holiday & my normal place was closed so I was a walk-in here. However, I'm not sure the woman I had was a licensed manicurist. I My was a bit off, & I came in with clearly rounded natural nails, and asked for rounded shape when asked and "no clipping, because I'm trying to grow out." After the woman filed all of my nails SQUARE, (shame on me for now paying more attention) I told her "I'm sorry this is too square- I wanted round." And she proceeded to file straight across in the same exact manner, making my nails so square and down to the quik in the center- so at that point, I walked out. After correcting the shape myself, my nails are now non-existent. read more

I went to get acrylics and during the appointment the women was very kind. But she cut my multiple times with the machine. She had it on too fast and was not able to control is well so all of my fingers were bleeding my the end of my appointment was over. To add, all of my nails are different shapes, I got coffin shaped and she was not able to keep the shape even with one another and my nails are lumpy, there are some places filed down more than the other. Finally, it said that acrylics were 35$. They charged me 65$. I didn't notice until after when I got home about the charge on my card. It is what it is. Never going back read more

Reflexology, massages, pedicures and nails are done professionally. They do not speak much English but be patient and they will accommodate any request. They may talk to each other and be interrupted to answer the phone etc, but I have never felt rushed. I also do not get the sense that they are talking about customers. The services are excellent and I do not feel that they are overpriced but worth it. I would advise making appointments but if you walk in they will try to get you in even getting someone from the Mamaroneck salon. You may have to wait a bit for them to drive over but it's worth it. read more

The staff here was courteous and efficient. I went without an appointment with a friend for a pedicure and we were promptly seated next to each other. The salon is very clean. They line the pedicure tubs with a plastic disposable liner and change the foot scraper for each patron. They give a brief leg/foot massage and back massage with each pedicure. I started going to their Mamaroneck location but the Harrison salon is a big step up. The same staff rotates, but the salon is very clean and pleasant. The pedicure tubs are covered in plastic, all the tools are hermetically sealed, including the 2 nail files that are used only for you. I read other reviews about them speaking in Chinese too much, but I don't feel it's rude. I've never found them loud and disruptive. Of course they feel more comfortable speaking to one another in Chinese. Imagine trying to learn English. I've never had one that could not communicate with me enough to get the job done correctly. As for the $1 surcharge for using a credit card - yes, they should post it, but come on, their prices are so reasonable, it's worth it. read more

I use to come here all of the time as they did a decent job, better than most in the area, however the past few times I have had bad experiences. First of all, the staff has stopped being friendly to me completely, don't say one word to me let alone ask how I want my nails- trimmed, square, etc. like they use to. The male techs I had in the past did a great job, but no longer seem to be there, even when I request an appointment and now my nails are constantly breaking and different sizes, shapes. Finally, the price is never the same! It always differs which is sketchy to me and when I inquire they brush it off and can't answer why, not to mention they charge a fee to use a card when I'm already giving you my business! I now know why I never have to wait anymore and no one else is in there.... read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now. I used to rave about their acrylic tip sets. Now I want nothing to do with them. 1. Everytime I come the prices get more expensive, and when I ask why they try to tell me they've always been like that.. until I pull out a receipt from my last visit. 2. they don't ask me how I want my nails and they BARELY put any acrylic on when I get fills. 3. they get sander happy, they grind them down way to thin and I find myself going back every week because they are so fragile. and not to mention while I was getting my nails done the lady was arguing with another co-worker. Bad service worker was extremely rude told me I couldn't talk while getting my nails done and rushed me out because it was 8:00 closing time and told me your fine your nails are dry and rushed me out when in reality my nail wasn't dry and it chipped!
