It was 2:00 in the afternoon on a weekday and not busy. Clearly just lied to me because they didn't want to fix their sloppy work. Ridiculous.

After getting my nails done, I asked to have my eyebrows done and received no response. Instead, staff spoke among themselves in another language while I sat waiting. After about seven minutes of silence, the owner tapped my shoulder and walked into the eyebrow room without explanation. After my eyebrows were done, the owner had her husband cash me out. During checkout, he felt it was appropriate to tell me that I needed to tip two people because two people serviced me something that was already obvious. As a business owner myself, I found it extremely unprofessional and classless to request or demand a tip from a customer. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I will not be returning.

The environment here is so peaceful, no blaring music, no loud chatter back and forth, just a calm, relaxing space. It's spotless, with an impressive range of colors to choose from and high-tech equipment. Today I learned they even have AI assisted UV lamps, which is a game changer for those who want to protect the skin around their nails from harmful UV rays. What really makes this salon different is their attention to detail and genuine care for the health of your natural nails. I get SNS powder, and unlike most salons that aggressively drill it off, they only use a drill to remove the top layer, then switch to a hand file to gently remove the rest, keeping your nails strong and healthy. I've requested this at other salons, but have been told it "takes too long". Here, they use high-quality products and never skimp. Even better, Karman is patient, thoughtful, and just as invested in getting the shape and color perfect as if she were doing her own nails. I really wanted to ask if that was it after literally 5 seconds of a scrub. The manicure was worse - no massage, not even a double coat (it looks like there is no color at all) and she was aggressive and made my thumbnail bed bleed with the cuticles I believe. Oh - that stung a lot and she said nothing. That is a first for me - I've never had my nails bleed or been treated so badly. From the moment I entered, this person had attitude and threw my shoes in the corner. She did not apologize and when I spoke to the manager and she requested that the person, Elaine, apologize but then there was more attitude - shocking! I have no idea why this person was in a terrible mood. I had hoped that they would make it right by offering a re-do or to give me a pedicure or pampering treatment another time for free which might have had me come back to them - but they didn't. At my request, they refunded the manicure but they lost two customers (my friend was with me). I have used them for 4 years and found them 'okay' as it's a good location and convenient for me but this is the push I needed to find somewhere else that has good service. It wasn't a good experience at all - I left quite upset and wished I hadn't entered that day. The manager said the service was still given even if the attitude was poor when I asked what she would do to make this right (she said she'd speak with Elaine afterward). However, attitude is PART of the service AND I didn't get my feet scrubbed, I didn't get the hand massage and I didn't get the second coat of varnish. This women did my nails and not even 2 days later all of them had a top coat or the glue film coming off of it and one was cracked down the middle. This time not even a day later all of my nails were cracked, falling off and yet again had the tops coat coming off in bubbles.
