I think you may want to retrain your staff on how to handle customers in the future. Granite, I ordered the wrong item, but I guess they still won't take it back all it was with some coffee filters. So you can find most anything you're looking for in this store with generally competitive prices. Like every other enormous store, they can sometimes suffer from inconsistency -- particularly in terms of food -- where the quality and pricing isn't necessarily as good as you might expect from peer superstores. Having the enormous choice can help mitigate some of this due to having such a large variety of available items at different price points. Overall though, the shopping experience is pleasant and the selection is massive. There's everything one needs to make this a one stop shop for all your grocery and other needs.
