I go there a couple of days later and was told they could not take it and that I would have to go thru the app to return. Had my receipt but was still told they would not return them. I think you may want to retrain your staff on how to handle customers in the future. Well, almost 1 week later customer service was good enough to get back to me and I gave him the information they needed never heard back from them. Granite, I ordered the wrong item, but I guess they still won't take it back all it was with some coffee filters. Future online buyers beware if you order something wrong, their customer service claims to be concerned to handle good customers but for us never got back to us.

So you can find most anything you're looking for in this store with generally competitive prices. Like every other enormous store, they can sometimes suffer from inconsistency -- particularly in terms of food -- where the quality and pricing isn't necessarily as good as you might expect from peer superstores. Having the enormous choice can help mitigate some of this due to having such a large variety of available items at different price points. Overall though, the shopping experience is pleasant and the selection is massive. There's everything one needs to make this a one stop shop for all your grocery and other needs.

Rosa is so rude and unhelpful that my wife avoids the bakery department completely! I, on the other hand, will not let one rude and unprofessional employee keep me from any department in that store. I have asked Rosa time and time again for assistance in getting fresh bread, only to be told that there is none available to bake (even though I can see there is in the background) or that they first have to sell what is in the baskets. Both are incorrect answers to a customer. I run my own business, and my employees know that the customer is always right. I only hope that management corrects this problem promptly, because one toxic employee can ruin the rest of the team.
