My personal favorite is the powder because of how long they last, and my nails almost never break when I have it on. However all three were done well and lasted as long as you'd expect them to. My personal favorite part of the trip is my pedicure. They have a basic pedicure, but I always end up going for one of the spa options. They have a ton of different options to fit your personal preference, but I usually go for the aromatherapy pedicure. It includes a 10 minute leg and foot massage. I tried gel polish for my pedicure for the first time today, and I can say I'm a fan. I'm hoping it'll last even longer than my usual pedicure polish. Every part of my trip is always relaxing, and has me looking forward to my excuse to pamper myself.

The language barrier is a bit rough, when the owner/techs doesn't understand what a customer is explaining and gets upset and becomes rude. The other issue is what's up with just offering lotion instead of massage the customers hands like every other nail salon. Before they would even massage your back after finishing your nails while drying. This salon has lost its ability to stand out. The only good thing is that it's close to home.

I asked them to honor the gift certificate. Then I asked to speak to the manager. She was not on the premises so they called her. She also refused and said it doesn't matter what was written down. Only the money matters. No surprise there. They have lost a few customers but they have so many I guess it doesn't matter. She was very argumentative. I ended up Paying but I will never go back there again. What a shame!

I love the dip powder because it is not as thick or fake as acrylic nails, and they cover my own nail, but it is dramatically stronger than gel, which I would often peel or break before it was time to get my nails done again. The staff is always friendly, and takes their time making sure your nails come out perfect. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because I have come with or without an appointment and been seated immediately, but have also come in with an appointment and waited 30+ minutes after my appointment time to even begin. Overall, I love how they do my nails, but if they're crowded be prepared to wait or come back another day.
