The language barrier is a bit rough, when the owner/techs doesn't understand what a customer is explaining and gets upset and becomes rude. The other issue is what's up with just offering lotion instead of massage the customers hands like every other nail salon. Before they would even massage your back after finishing your nails while drying. This salon has lost its ability to stand out. The only good thing is that it's close to home.

I said to her it says $25 on your price list hanging right there. She tried tell me no it's a 3. I said to her no it's not and they were arguing with me that the price was $35. I said well it's listed at $25 and that what you have to give it to me for. After five minutes of going back and forth with me. She gave it to me for that price. I will never go back to this place.
