Our experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Tristen initially presented himself…read moreas friendly, polite, and easy to work with--until it came time to pay. Once an invoice was issued, his attitude and communication changed completely. He started cussing at our secretary. Unacceptable! Period! We completed legitimate repair work on his truck in good faith, maintained clear communication throughout the job, and provided a proper invoice. Despite this, payment was not made, leaving us owed hundreds of dollars for work that was already completed. There were no complaints during the repair, no disputes about the scope or quality of the work, and no concerns raised until payment was due. What followed was avoidance, excuses, and a lack of accountability. This situation reflects a pattern where cooperation exists while services are being rendered, but responsibility disappears once payment is required. For small businesses, this kind of behavior creates unnecessary risk and loss. To other mechanics, service providers, and vendors: * Get payment up front * Do not release vehicles without payment * Put everything in writing * Be prepared for pushback once an invoice is issued Based on our experience, we do not recommend working with Tristen and advise extreme caution when providing services connected to DFM Concrete.
