She also has a crew for maintaining gardens and drip systems, if you are interested in that. We rely on them for some of the heavier maintenance and do some ourselves. In fact, I was so impressed with them I actually made a painting of them at work. They were always on time and cheerful. I could tell they enjoyed each other as well as their work. When I came to see about that - I had never seen the other reviews on Urbanna... each one seems to have had very similar experiences, almost verbatim, and I realized that I wasn't an isolated case. Yelp is a source (hopefully reliable) for consumers to rely on... all I said was truthful. I understand that small businesses rely on reviews to boost their business and those reviews are earned by jobs well done... I wish I could have written a glowing review, however, we still feel fortunate not to have gotten past a quote stage. B) You don't know the difference between a plan and rendering... you provided a colored plan... again: PLAN - is a top-down view of the entire property that shows property lines, the building's location, driveways, and landscaping. It is often required for permits and is also known as a plot plan. RENDERING - is the art of creating 3D images or animations showing the attributes of a proposed architectural design.

We paid Urbanna roughly $8,500 up front only to find out 3 months in to the process that Urbanna is not an approved designer/landscape architect in Las Campanas and as such Urbanna was rejected by the HOA in their attempt to have our drawings approved. In order to get our drawings approved we have had to hire another approved designer/architect to rework Urbanna's drawings for an additional cost of $2,500. Plus an additional 2 month delay in starting work on our project. Urbanna was very difficult to work with, took longer than promised to complete the initial drawings that in the end the HOA would not accept. Urbanna is a terrible company and should not be trusted. They should never have solicited work in Las Campanas when they are not approved to submit drawings by the HOA. There are plenty of reputable companies to deal with that will provide you an approved set of drawings for a reasonable price. Do not hire Urbanna. If I could have given this company no stars I would have. A response: Tara, your response is a lie and in the end you and your company failed to deliver on your contractural obligation. I strongly suggest that anyone thinking about hiring Urbanna do their due diligence. Dealing with this company was a huge mistake on our part. As I indicated in my post there are plenty of other well qualified landscape designers/architects in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque that will provide quality service at a reasonable price.
