Lack of follow for correction of a cabinet drawer that is not even or even secure to the main cabinets. The cabinets were not painted in certain areas properly. Hector did not show up on time to make a correction as promised, and then he called me while I was driving to work. I understand if you're going to be late so communication is key. I have taken videos and sent them to his manager Antonio and Hector with no response. Hector came once to make the paint adjustments and to realign the drawer. The paint was fine, however the adjustment of the drawer was subpar. Other than that cabinets are well-made and beautiful. I still want the drawer repaired because it is not mounted properly and uneven. My general contractor, who is doing other things to my bathroom, pointed these imperfections out to me.
