This debacle has been shocking and very, very demoralizing. If you use this company, be aware that they *may* deliver an entirely different product, charge you for the 30% higher cost per yard than what you ordered, and also charge for the $150 delivery of the wrong thing, and then blame you for not knowing the mulch was wrong BEFORE it came out of the truck. Be also aware that you'll encounter multiple employees who don't know what the company policy is on incorrect deliveries, and will attempt to blame customers for not being able to predict the myriad ways a very straightforward project could cost $1200 more than expected.
