Took two Hunter Douglas blinds that wouldn't raise anymore…read more. They were still under warranty.. I was told that Hunter Douglas charges $75 dollars shipping each way to have the blinds repaired but they have someone local who could fix them. When I went to pick them up they charged me $150 for repairs that I assumed would be covered by warranty. Called Hunter Douglas warranty department and was told they have no fixed rate for shipping. Sooo not happy with that.

Unfortunately, we had a TERRIBLE experience with Santa Kilim. We purchased a rug that we ended up…read moreneeding to return. The owner, Karim, agreed to accept the return as an exchange for other items in the store. However, when we shipped the rug back, Karim refused delivery and the rug was returned to us. So we wasted $200 on shipping and still do not have our exchange. Be aware that Santa Kilim does not take phone calls (the published number has a voice mailbox that's full and you can't leave a message) and the owner does not respond to emails. Good luck if you need to return an item. We're still waiting to hear back from them despite numerous emails over many months. In the meantime, we have contacted the Attorney General's Office of New Mexico and are following up with the Santa Fe Better Business Bureau. It appears a lawsuit will be necessary. We would like to warn other customers about doing business with this business. Buyer beware! Note there is another review from someone with a similar experience.
