He did not come prepared to install a chimney cap, and told us we should just do it ourselves. We pressed him on it and were told to call his boss if we had a problem. Wrote us up a bill for $86 and left. We got nothing for that but a couple missed days at work for scheduled times they didn't make. Now we still need a chimney cap . . . What a waste of time and money.
