Their quote for a cross country move was very high because they are locally based, but he offered to look at any other quotes I received and offered some STELLAR advice about questions to ask other movers. I ended up choosing a POD as I needed to store things for several months. David's quote to pack and load my POD was very reasonable, and Nick came out TWICE to be sure my stuff would fit in a POD! The two guys who showed up were great. They packed and handled my things with care, were respectful of my home - including protective coverings for the floor and doorways, and polite but efficient. I waited to post this review until after I unpacked on the east coast. Watching the way the POD was swinging when they unloaded it in my new driveway, I was terrified things were rattling around in there. But when I opened it, everything was snug and secure. Furthermore, I have unpacked everything - including China and very fragile glassware - and not a SINGLE item was damaged. Knowing how that POD got thrown around, I am extra impressed. Many thanks to Faith Moving Co for being the best part of my moving logistics. I highly recommend them.

The pricing is unbeatable, and I've used them twice now. Once moving my parents from their house to a retirement community and then again to move their stuff into storage when they finally had to move into an assisted living facility. Throughout both moves not a single thing was broken, came up missing or was otherwise mishandled. Then to top it all off after they did such an excellent job I wrote them a check which frickin bounced! I haven't bounced a check in twenty years, but I wrote this from an old bank account which was closed without realizing I grabbed the wrong check book. No matter, Joe was very understanding and we met up and took care of it. I expected him to be super unhappy about it but he just shrugged and said these things happen. He's just a super nice guy, a great mover, and overall a godsend when you need to make a smooth transition into a new place.

My unloaders in Santa Fe canceled last minute. I had a VERY heavy table and a few other items in my U-Haul. I left him a VM and text per his VM instructions. He called me back immediately. Amazing. After hours! I shared what I needed. He said no promises but he would try to make a call or two to people in Santa Fe. Literally 5 -10 minutes later he called with a plan. He set me up to succeed with a stellar local certified and qualified guy named Nick. Nick kicked booty! He helped me get my items inside and even put the table together. Above and beyond what I expected. Lastly, the sealing factor of excellence was his care for my safety. From making sure I could take calls while driving, to following up to ensure it went well, to calling me Miss (vs. Ma'am, which is just... wrong!). He is a solid and kind businessman. It was a breeze from beginning to end. The U-Pack folks at the point of origin in Albuquerque were very efficient. I emailed them a map of where to go, and followed up with a phone call, and they came and dropped the cube off on-time and exactly where I needed it. I loaded it up with some help from family, called U-Pack and they picked it up the next day. It took about a week to get to Houston. The folks at U-Pack in Houston were also very efficient and friendly. I called and they came out the next day and dropped the cube off, again, on-time and in a place that was perfect for me to unload it into my garage. I let them know that I was done, and they came a few days later and took the cube away. Easy as pie. Lastly, the price was right. They were significantly less expensive than the other container company (Pods). Some things to help... - good communication is important, don't be afraid to call them - someone has to be there to accept delivery of the cube at either end, but you don't have to be there for them to pick it up at either end - follow their videos about packing. You have to go vertical to get the most out of the space provided. - be sure to use lots of padding. I used a lot of old cardboard boxes and got a big roll of bubble wrap. I also used some old blankets and towels. - I also used some small ratcheting tie downs inside. Inside the cube are lots of rails in the walls with slots to attach tie downs. Careful packing, padding and tie downs helped everything arrive pretty much just as I packed it. I didn't have any damages. This experience was so smooth that I will likely use these guys again in the future, should I need to do a small or a large move. Good luck.
