After getting to the shop, we were greeted by the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered from another human being. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, and needs to take a couple of college courses to sharpen her communication and social skills. I fear this is what she lacked, and some. My husband and I noticed dents that weren't on the car before bringing to Duran's, a paint job that was done horribly, an uneven truck, and many other little things that added up. We were extremely dissatisfied. I expressed to the woman at the front that this was a horrible job. Her only response was, "Calm down lady." Not only was this unprofessional, it is beyond unacceptable and disgusting. I then let her know that I was calm, and she took a look at my shirt. This is where things took a turn. She saw the "CPS" logo, and with the most condescending tone said, "Oh, you work for CPS? Typical behavior of you." Excuse me? Not only was she unable to problem solve, communicate, or be a boss - she lacked human decency and she is lucky that we had class and respect. If you want to be embarrassed and shamed, extremely disgusted by that wonderful classy lady working at the front, and if you definitely want your car to look like absolute crap, I highly recommend this auto shop for you. I will never step foot in here and I now have to look for another auto place to fix the nasty job these guys did. A MILLION thumbs down! Shame on you.

I came the first time and asked for a quote to pop out the dent. The owner tells me $30, but they were booked for the day. I come again and they were booked again. I confirmed a second time on pricing and he says $30-$40. I come back the third time and he finally puts a mechanic to work on my car. After the job was complete, the owner asks me the price we agreed on and I told him $30. He goes into a crazy tantrum saying how he would never accept the job for so low and tried to charge me $80. I argued back saying how he told me twice $30 and we settled on $40 cash only. There was faulty airbag sensor found during the dent job, but after this experience, I decided to not continue with their services. The mechanic did a good job, but I would not come back.

If you like your car, want it to look good as good as it can then this place is not the tint shop for you. They slab it on and say thank you ma'am....but dont care if you like it or not. I had to pay for it before even looking at it....why? Because they know they did a poor job. The tints are cheaper material and shoddy technicians that cut and slap that cheap arse tints on hate their job. You are basically throwing 165$ for them to scam you because once they are on they wont take them off! * in response to the manager, the paper says up to three weeks and you never offer up any other tint products to install, not to me or any of the 3 other ppl that stop by. Be honest. oh wait.... your business doesnt know how. Look 3 weeks later still bubbles! They say there is a warranty but won't replace or redo shoddy install. It's not really the product that sucks it's the crappy slab job they call tinting with air bubbles, and poorly cut shape. There is about a 2 mm space between the tips of tint and the outline of my window. It is very noticeable when rolled down. Not to mention all the air bubbles and imperfections that will not go away...dispute their "little piece of paper" Just cough up the extra 100$ if you want to do it right.
