I put my request in through their website and they responded quickly. They came out to assess the project and sent me an itemized estimate to include the house, front and back porches, sidewalks, concrete patio with some rust stains, pool surround, and vinyl fence. The house is on the market and needed a refresh all around. They nailed it. When I came out to see it, all I could say was WOW! Their communication is on point unlike a lot of other contractors out there. Support your local Goochland business and you will not be disappointed.

Big mistake the ice froze the sealer and now our concrete drive is falling apart. Constantly chipping and flaking. We have tried giving them the opportunity to make it right but they now want another $14-25k to resurface their poor performing product. They say they offer a strong warranty but I fail to see it. They clearly don't stand behind their products or their customers. I would Submit pictures for all so you can steer clear of this money pit company but unable in this review. Save you money and your concrete. This mistake will cost us a fortune to correct. Thank you Ogburn for taking advantage of a fellow veteran and his family. Disappointing customer care.

The driveway cracks have been repaired, and the badly sunken and cracked carport concrete slab has been leveled, and the massive crack has been fixed. The price was reasonable and the warranty term is very generous.

Clean up of the work area was sloppy with shards of metal and chunks of wood in our front yard. When i communicated this to Brian it was completely ignored. Saw him in Kroger and he blanked me. Turns out a few years later his workers cut corners and did not properly re-fit some asphalt shingles which caused the roof to leak in 2 seperate places. I would not go with this company again.

My goal was to decrease the amount of standing water on my lawn while salvaging the rain water for use for watering the spa's many plants, herbs, and vegetable gardens AND our fruit trees. Cherokee and Brian came out and spent about 45 minutes coming up with a plan for my unique project. We discussed what I might need, and what I didn't need to make this system work. They later sent the estimate and to my pleasure they delivered under budget. They completed the work in a timely fashion on my schedule. I would not hesitate to refer this biz to friends and colleagues, in fact I already have referred them several times.

The sales briefing Alex gave us was professional, detailed and he answered all our questions. Communication with him throughout the process was excellent. Now we have expensive Leaf Filters! We made it known that if anything happened to them during installation...we wanted them to be immediately repaired. Alex, wrote that addendum right into the contract on the spot. Some of the other contractors stepped around the issue which was a major problem for us. Thankfully, the crew didn't damage the gutters (that my son and I could detect) and they appear to have made it through the process. The crew arrived early and did a fantastic job. They repaired decking sections that needed (they didn't overlook it and keep going), took care not to trample my wife's plants. It was very windy today but they policed up all the debris to the last nail. The job was precise and looked beautiful. The crew was also very professional and polite. It was a pleasure to have them here. It you need a new roof...hire this outfit! You won't be sorry.

We hired Flooring RVA to refinish existing floors and install new flooring in our home. While the…read moreproject was completed in November, our experience since then has been extremely frustrating. After the job was finished, there was no notification that the job was complete. In fact, several materials and tools were left scattered behind. We then discovered numerous issues and excessive damage caused during the process. This included problems with the subfloor, uneven stain coverage where the old stain shows through, gaps and transition issues, mismatched show moulding, and multiple baseboards that were torn off and not reattached correctly. There was also damage to surrounding walls and trim that occurred during the work. A representative from the company finally came out to review these concerns after numerous contact attempts. Upon reviewing the work in person, RVA flooring acknowledged that portions of the work were done incorrectly. We were assured the issues would be corrected and that someone would follow up to schedule the repairs. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. For months, we have made repeated attempts to contact the scheduling team to set a date for the agreed-upon fixes, but our outreach has largely gone unanswered. At this point, we are simply trying to have the workmanship issues and damage addressed as promised. We chose Flooring RVA expecting professional service, quality installation, and accountability. We are still hopeful they will stand behind their work and make this right, and we ask that someone from the company contact us to schedule the necessary repairs.
