Nice and tight musicianship and good stage presence. The audience all seemed to know each other-- big fans there for the final show of their friends. Some of the women were a bit...shall we say...long in the tooth, intent on imagining themselves as they were in their 20s. However, 30-something years of chain smoking and frying their hair with fake blonde (turning it to straw), has aged them considerably. Wearing outfits cut down to there to make up for that. So if you're a dude of a certain age, you'll probably get lucky if you want. Depends on your tastes. The bartender and cocktail waitress were practically surly. The bathrooms were tiny and a little ramshackle. $15 cover charge. Can't judge the food because I just had beer, but at least I didn't have to have cash and could use a debit card for a tab, so that was good.

What a hoot! I had a smile on my face from the moment we walked in til we left. There's nothing like being time warped into the 1970s and watching old cartoons and advertisements on the TVs while eating your dinner or having a drink. Everything from the color scheme to the light fixtures to the trinkets collected behind the bar screams 1970s, and made for a fun, goofy, comforting nostalgia. We started with drinks at the bar while we waited for a table. They have a good selection of local brews as well as cocktails. Even the names of the drinks made me smile. I got the "dirty shiddy martini." Then we moved to our table in the "rumpus room." The menu is no-frills and straightforward. Not a ton of options, but you're there for a burger! They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options to make everyone happy. We each got a burger Alabama style, split some fries with "flat sauce," and added a giant pickle on a stick for shids and giggles. Delicious, it all hit the spot! Staff is friendly and quick. The wings were on special so that was good. There were several TVs by our table so we all had a good view of the game.
