The restaurant was extremely busy, but we managed to get a table right away. The decor is nice, the ambiance is warm & friendly, and the tables are close together so it feels cozy. The drink special was $2 off caesars, so I had a dill pickle Caesar and a bacon Caesar, both were delicious! Hubby had a beer (boring, I know). I ordered the special which was prosciutto wrapped sole w/pan fried shrimp covered with a buttery white wine sauce and a side of mashed potatoes, asparagus and bacon brussel sprouts. Other than being a touch salty, the meal was delicious! Hubby ordered the veal cannelloni with a side Caesar salad. He also said his dish was a bit over salted. The service from every single staff member we encountered was absolutely top notch! I get why they're so busy here, such a hidden gem. We will most definitely be back!

We got the tomato, mushroom and brie bruschetta. Mushroom one had goat cheese which I dislike but other table mates said was delicious. Tomato one was good. Brie was my favorite. Not easy to share with the table which made it very awkward and not everyone got to try some. You can cut them into about 3 pieces which still left 1 of us not being able to try it. I got the Spaghetti Carbonara: 9/10. Very good, pasta was cooked well, there was enough sauce. Good flavor. Boyfriend got the special which was cheese stuffed ravioli in rose sauce - 10/10. Loved that it comes with extra protein (chicken). Friend got Veal Scaloppine: very garlic-y. Friends said she would not get again. But very generous portion of vegetables - broccolini, peppers, carrots. And the half of a baked potato came with cheese baked on top which looked amazing. Friend got the lasagna and loved it, reports it is not spicy and has a lot of meat (ground) in it. They brought over a free chocolate mousse dessert with a sparkler as well. Overall very nice pasta place.

The shrimp sandwich was very good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the bun held up to the sauces. I had to prune the lettuce a little bit before diving in to eat but nothing wrong with that. The brisket was tasty but a little dry, tasted like reheated left overs but the flavour was good. The catfish was a never order again unfortunately. The fish was dry and was in desperate need of some salt, there was absolutely no flavour to the catfish. The fries are amazing. I am guessing they make their own seasoning and if not it doesn't matter they are delicious. Definitely a place we would eat at again, we would just change up what we are ordering a bit.

I used to love this place…read more Key word used to. Maybe because in Sherwood park, it is a nice place to take your mom, grandma etc. However, it was SO CROWDED and SO LOUD. I went here to look at plants and have a lunch with two of my elderly friends that are seniors and we ended up yelling at each other. So much so I lost my voice. So much so when I went to a World Soccer Match on the TV I yelled less. It was awful and took away the experience with my friends. Look guys, you make a tonne of money with your overpriced plants (I know because my friend put back a hanging basket that was priced at 42 bucks, and Costco was selling the same plants in the basket for half that. If you are going to overcharge for an experience, then make sure the experience is good. This was not. Our server was so overwhelmed that we barely saw her and I actually had to STAND UP and wave her down so my friends could get a refill on their coffees. UGH Food was okay price point, but any merits they could have had on a "lunch deal" they lost with the crappy service and the fact I was screaming at my friends. We all had a half pizza with a side (I chose kale salad). Whatever pizza i chose was good. I really like the crust here. The Kale salad was lovely. Unless I hear that there is a change in the restaurant in terms of renos to make it more sound friendly, I will skip this. And also, I much would rather support a greenhouse that isn't so overprices and eat somewhere else after.
