    $30 RT to Atlantic City on a weekday and they give you $30 slots play money + $15 food credit?…read more Hmm, not bad. Hopping on at convenient Borough Hall (Bklyn) at 9:25pm meant we were the 3rd to last pickup -- we snagged 2 of the last 7 seats, but my bf had to sit next to a weird smelly fat man (you can imagine the type) and I was almost trapped next to the bathroom (but was saved by my tricksy maneuvers!). Traffic to the Jersey shore on Independence Day weekend was challenging, but we arrived by 12:30, which is still reasonable (avg is 2.5 hrs). They played bad movies on the way (Fireproof + Obsessed) and the ride itself was otherwise uneventful. For the return trip, the bus arrived exactly at 6:10pm like they told us and I got back to Borough Hall at 8:30pm. PROS: - They advertise clearly online and flyers are available at the newsstands mentioned on their website. - The newsstand guy at Borough Hall was completely knowledgeable about the details, and even called to verify while I was there. (Other guys at the newsstands selling rival bus tickets knew nada.) - Punctuality. - Everyone must sit in the same seats for the return trip (smart move, to avoid cranky passengers whose "better seats" were swiped by earlycomers on the way home, but kinda sucks if you arrived early to snag a better seat like we did -- AND still had to sit next to the smelly fat man). CONS: - Their website isn't updated with the correct pickup times. Check with the newsstand guy who sells you tickets. - If you get on at the first pickup in Queens you have your choice of seats, but have to sit thru 1.5 hrs of meandering thru NYC picking up more passengers. - If you're at the last pickup and there are no more seats, you're sh*t outta luck, even if you already bought your ticket. - I felt like the $15 food credit wasn't a great incentive since I wanted to eat elsewhere but felt like I couldn't "waste" the credit. Plus, the buffet at Tropicana doesn't open til 4pm and the line at the one other eatery where it could be redeemed had massive lines!! - $40 on weekends, but the same promo offers - not worth it. Verdict? Next time I'll head into slightly less convenient Chinatown instead for the $15-20 RT buses (with $20+ play money, but no buffet). One bus company in particular drops you off at Caesars, which is closer to the center of the Boardwalk and the Piers and Outlet shops, and the bus won't make fifty billions stops to pick up passengers before leaving NYC.

Primero nunca me…read moreinformaron que debia pagar Taxes+Tips hasta después que envié el depósito de $500, una vez le envié el depósito me cobraron $343 dolares de taxes+tips extras y cuando pedí cancelarlo porque era mucho dinero me dijeron que no podia ser reembolsado so estaba obligada hacer el party. El dia del party hizo el calor mas horrendo pero para rematar ellos nisiquiera abanicos o aire tenian en el bus y todos los invitados estaban sudados y asqueados del calor. Cuando haces la solicitud te dicen que puede agregar paradas y que los tolls estan incluidos, pues cruzamos de queens a manhattan y el chofer se fue por el queensboro bridge para no pagar peaje pero no obstante tomo la via mas larga del mundo para llegar hasta allá. Fue a las 11pm a esa hora no hay trafico para ir a manhattan y el llego en 1 hora y 30 minutos, tiempo que ni en la hora pico lo cojes para llegar alla pero el chofer aparte de tomar la via mas larga posible tambien iba sumamente lejos. Cuando me acerqué hablar con el repecto a las demas parada fue super grocero y altanero, de 3 paradas que pedi solo nos llevaron a 1 y al regreso nos traia como animales porque venia súper rápido. El dj le pediamos canciones (porque también te dicen que hagas un playlist o que pidas lo que quieras) y el ni caso nos hacia, ponia unas canciones que nadie conocia y aparte no ponia lo que pediamos. Se que cada experiencia es diferente pero la mia fue horrenda, absolutamente NADIE quedó a gusto con este servicio $1800 para tener la peor de las experiencias esto es UN ROBO

Sam the owner told us for 100 dollars more I can upgrade you to a hummer limo -- I was excited about this. The limo shows up .. it was disgusting, the AC did not work and it was strange to see a full bucket of water next to the driver. On the way to the wedding venue the car was going very slow and it kept jerking . The first time the car stalled was right before the bridge, leaving Staten Island (about 8 mins from pick up location). The driver poured the bucket of water over the car engine and proceeded to drive over the bridge going 15-20 MPH with no air conditioner. They finally made it over the bridge (thank God) and after a minute the vehicle finally broke down.. this is where the driver used the second bucket of water to pour over the engine once again. He knew this was going to happen-- who drives around with buckets of water ? The groom, groomsmen, groomsmen parents and grandparent were stranded on the side of the highway right after the bridge (thank God they made it over the bridge). My younger brother who is disabled and uses a wheel chair is now on the side of the highway in 90 degree weather. My husband is now late to our wedding. Uber doesn't stop on the side of a major Highway road . They were all Sweating on the side of the highway trying to figure a plan. The worst part of this all was the driver refusing to give any of his passengers an update throughout the entire incident. He would only speak to his boss (Sam) over the phone and refused to communicate with anyone else or answer questions -- This made everyone nervous; they felt so unsafe and panicked. Because everyone was so panicked, scared, confused, anxious and upset --my husband, most of his groomsmen, his parents and his grandpa decided to hitchhike to the wedding venue so they could arrive as sooner. Yes---- they felt more comfortable getting a lift with strangers. I still wouldn't have felt so betrayed by the company and would have let this go if the owner (Sam) was apologetic. My husband, brothers, parent in laws and grandpa along with his other groomsmen arrived late to our wedding. They arrived looking scared and upset. When I asked for a refund for the one vehicle that he tricked me into paying 100 dollars more for, Sam responded rudely and unprofessional stating that he delivered a service. I would never want another bride and groom to go through this experience --- it ruined the first few hours of my wedding (which every girl dreams of her whole life). Once I found out my husband was stranded on the side of the highway with my disabled brother and elderly grandfather I started crying .. You plan for this day for so long and you invest so much time and money into it --and for this company to not even acknowledge their mistake or be apologetic for their actions is just so disheartening. When I expressed my concerns to Sam he said --it's in the contract that he is not responsible if the vehicle breaks down on the road -- I could understand this statement if it pertained to an unexpected incident such as a flat tire. Sam tricked me into upgrading to a faulty hummer. He sent out an unsafe vehicle for his clients and hoped for the best. This is a safety concern and as a healthcare provider I must warn people about this negligence.
