I called other companies which answered with a machine, so I didn't bother to leave a message. I called for pick up to airport the same day and did not get any hassle. The driver Param came even 12 minutes early and patiently waited outside by my house. This was much better the Lyft or Uber where you know there is no complaints of how many luggages you have (we happen to be 2 people with 6 luggages). I couldn't write that on my Lyft app. So, I do recommend calling this company instead of using Lyft or Uber when you want airport service.

Had searched many reviews for car services and was coming across some wild ones- lguy that talks like a pirate - guy that yells at people, or the guy that drives fast and scares the ... yeah. We don't need that. was beginning to think I was going to have to carry him on my back to LaGuardia myself when I came across County Car Service. Reviews looked great. No pirates, no yelling, or crazy driving- just good stuff, so I gave Big Mike a call- we had a blast just booking the round trip ride. Big Mike notified me Kevin would be driving my husband on the round trip. Good communication all the way from both! I was already on vacation when the thought of getting home from JFK at rush hour during the week crossed my mind. I had zero desire to take the train, uber black at the terminal was a complete ripoff and a standard one required taking the air train to howard beach. A quick search turned up this amazing company and from the moment I made contact I was treated like a long time client and friend. Ed was in constant contact every step of the way, immediately taking my information and getting back to me extremely quickly once off the road and able to confirm availability. Even though pickup was two days away, Ed continued to check in making sure nothing had changed and assuring me that we were good to go. I was able to reach him right away after landing and again after wrapping things up at baggage. In basically no time Ed was right there to pick me up. He had asked if I'd like anything to drink for the ride home and had a huge ice cold water waiting for me, absolutely perfect after a long day traveling. Ed also had an extremely roomy & comfortable ride set up with phone chargers and basically anything else you might need. Friendly, professional and safe every step of the way plus extremely fair prices - I can say with 100% certainty I will continue to use Ed every single time a car service is needed and will give him my highest recommendation to anyone looking for the same.
