Instead of selling me a much bigger job, they explained I could simply use LED bulbs that plug into the existing CFL sockets. What could've easily turned into a several hundred dollar bill ended up being around $100. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. We had our warehouse lights rewired to bypass the ballast to use LED lighting and am glad we found New Electronics Comm. They came out to the warehouse to survey the area and give me a full quote within the day. We decided to go with their service based on their professionalism and willingness to work around our schedule. We have had lights go bad through out the years but were reluctant to get them serviced. The warehouse tends to get dark early in the morning or when it is overcast outside. For safety reasons we had to service our lights to provide more lighting for the warehouse. Because our warehouse operates during the week days we could only get the lights service on the weekends. New Electronics schedules us for a two day job (Sat. and Sunday). They showed up with a four person crew on time and worked very diligently. They installed and rewired 80 lights throughout the warehouse. At the end of the job we like the work so much that we requested for an addition 11 lights to be rewired and they were more than glad to accommodate our request. I called NEC for a cameras estimate to secure our home, Abdu came out gave me a quote and he took a deposit on the spot that's how comfortable I felt to work with them. Within 2 days the job was completely done and I was Able to watch the cameras on my phone specially when I'm away from home. But Unfortunately couple weeks after installation someone attempted to steal one of our cameras, causing it to break and malfunction, I called Abdu and they came out the same day with a replacement and they only charged me for the Part. He gave us a very fair estimate and said he could do the work the same day. He immediately went out to get the parts he needed and then got right to work. The job was more involved than what he originally thought, but the price stayed the same and he finished in a few hours. SCE ended up coming back out later that night because we had called them for service before we found Ramon and they didn't show up for like 12 hours. The SCE guy insisted on checking the work we had done because he was skeptical that it would be adequate. He checked everything and quickly left, saying the work was done perfectly. Thank you, Ramon, for saving our day!

I wanted to work with someone and strategize with someone before a tool kit came out into the open. I wanted to brainstorm about a doorbell camera, not just get one cuz everyone has them. We had discussed bumping up my WiFi and he had Eero's in stock/on hand. Boom everything is wicked fast now. Three stories here with an Eero puck/router on each floor. He BEAUTIFULLY re-mounted my Samsung Frame, encouraged my instinct to go Sonos soundbar & a Sonos mini-sub-woofer. He helped me re-synch my Sonos One SL speakers and double checked all his work. I also want to compliment Luis on his dry wall work; always a gnarly option, you never know how that's going to go. We had to do a lot of surgery to get this look - NO wires visible. We opened a couple holes and a channel, he had the right drywall saw and did fine work. Luis offered shoe covers upon arrival and cleaned up after himself with his own broom/dustpan. He also didn't pack up his stuff and dart out as soon as he could, he walked me through the new apps, made sure The Frame was synched and ran performance tests to make sure everything was just right. I'm super thrilled with the state of things around here tonight and will definitely have Luis back for more work in the future! Look at how perfect this hang is; he used two kinds of levels, knew where studs & joists were and wasn't satisfied until we were both satisfied.
