Let me start off by saying the bartender, Gary, was amazing. We visited on 1/2/2026. Me and my boyfriend was just talking about how we can never get a good margarita anywhere. New Delhi had the BEST margarita and I'm 100% sure it was b/c of Gary. I had the Egg Nog (had 5 different alcohol) for the very first time and WOW, it was delicious.. I'm also sure it was because of Gary. He offered to make me a Bloody Mary because I mentioned to my boyfriend that I never had one - it was on the house. He added horse radish to the drink and said it makes all the difference, I wouldn't know.. I never had it. But my boyfriend confirmed, it was the best Bloody Mary. The food was also good - I'm not understanding why this place has such bad reviews. I got the Chicken Makhani (butter) and it blew me away. I love Indian food but this was AMAZING. My boyfriend is not a fan and that might be because he's never had great Indian food and he admitted that the Makhani was BOMB.COM. He opted for a Reuben Sandwich, he complimented that it was a good sandwich. We went upstairs to the bar and the place was decently lit but the moonlight that shone in made it a cute/unique space. Hands down the best Samosa I've ever had. The flavor was complex and kept you eating more and more. It was the biggest one I've had. My husband had a burger and raved about that and the fact he finally found a burger that had seasoning on it. He loved the fries as well. We always wanted to try this place when we were in town but never had a chance. So happy we did today. After a day of shopping, we elected to stop in. The exterior of the establishment was attractively decorated for Halloween. We were promptly served (Our waitress provided outstanding service!) My partner ordered a Reuben sandwich, my sister-in-law chose the fish and chips, and I opted for the barbecue burger. We had bites of each other's meals. The sandwich and fish and chips were excellent. Unfortunately, the burger lacked flavor and was definitely not our favorite. The meat quality was substandard, and it was not properly seasoned. Me and my party weren't 21, but the waitress didn't ask or anything and moved us to the bar, where we sat for 20 minutes, weren't told about where the menus were, and when we ordered, they ordered us to go back downstairs since we weren't 21 (we never knew that it was only 21+ upstairs). Stopped by this little bar when we were looking for a quick drink. Live music downstairs (it was awesome) and a fun bar atmosphere upstairs. Must be 21+ to sit upstairs (cigs inside). There were a decent amount of kids downstairs so we preferred upstairs by the bar. Pretty good drink selection. Didn't get to try any food but heard good things about their soups. They claim to have the best burger in town. They're right. We got the New Delhi burger. It came loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. We added Swiss cheese and avocado. The burger filled the bun and the toppings made it amazing. It came with steak fries that were perfect. Crispy exterior with soft potato inside. We also had the Samosas as an appetizer. Perfectly seasoned vegetables in a pastry crust with a side of chutney. Yum! Cold beer and wine with friendly and efficient service made a perfect lunch. So to preface this review, the day in question was the Zombie Crawl, so I am willing to forgive some of the the long, long wait as all of Eureka was like that. So we walked in and was about to be turned away but a table opened up as the waitress walked up to us and immediately sat us. Definitely a plus and thought this was going to be a pleasant experienc. WRONG! After a wait of 45 minutes, the waitress, finally wondered if someone might have came and at least asked for a drink order. At least we didn't have to summon her. Anyway, another 20 minutes, we finally get drinks. And she cautions us that the kitchen is insanely busy and has to wait 20 minutes to catch up before accepting more orders. 20 more minutes come by and a new surly waitress walks over and offers to take our order. Not sure who was getting food because absolutely zero food moved out of the kitchen while I was there. Two simple burgers and some appetizers are ordered. Cheese sticks and fried pickles. 30 more minutes pass by and we get our appetizers. Our food was at least hot -our neighboring table's was not and an angry table was upset that the food was apparently plopped out of the freezer. 30 more minutes pass by and some random guy appears out of the kitchen with our food! Can't wait to try the best burgers in town. hahaha just kidding. Three people who literally hadn't actually ordered yet got our food. As the waitress and the confused burn out wondered what went wrong, we finally summoned our waitress and explained that the roadie from the Grateful Dead, who had absolutely no contact with us at all, had given our food away which elicited a shrug and a "I guess I shouldn't charge you for it then?" So as I walked up to pay the waitress handed me a bill for 45 dollars. Cheese Sticks, Fried Pickles, and one well Margarita. Well, she wanted to charge me for the burgers until I politely but firmly explained that I would sit the night in the Eureka Springs Jail before I paid for those burgers I watched two other people eat. As I reluctantly paid for two items I could have gotten for 9 dollars at Sonic and 10 dollars at a bar, she asked if I was going to leave a tip and became belligerent when I Informed her that my tip was that if New Delhi couldn't handle Zombie Crawl weekend, they should in fact be closed that day. This is our second visit here. The first visit a year and a half ago was amazing, so we brought friends with us this time. Unfortunately things have changed drastically, because the food just didn't make the grade this time. I tried the Reuben, twice as much bread than meat. The bread was hard (not crisp) there was minimal sauerkraut or meat and it was tasteless. The wait staff was confused about who was doing what, where and when. When I got my tab, I was given a ticket without itemization, after I questioned this and received the itemized ticket they had already added a gratuity. I don't mind paying a gratuity, but I want that to be my choice not theirs. The ticket they gave me to pay with had an additional space for gratuity which I was going to pay. If I had not asked for the itemized ticket I'd have not known the gratuity had already been added. Tricky, tricky! Pay attention to your tabs here. We had a party of four with one ticket so there was not any reason for additional gratuities being added. Terrible business practice. Ibrealize this is a tourist town, but if you're gonna charge premium prices for your food make sure your food is of premium quality. read more

Being in Eureka we expected a quarky decor with oddities and misfit vibes. It's part of the culture. We stopped in for around 5 on a week day because the sign outside said best burgers in town. We chose to sit inside to escape the humidity and try to cool off from walking the downtown streets. Bad decision; it was hot and stail and the flies were relentless. The table and chairs all wobbled terribly and walls and floors were visably dirty. Apparently it was break time for the majority of the staff because they all were inside sitting and talking loud about personal stuff (non restaurant related). We felt like we were imposing by being there. Our server was super nice but a bit shy (I think), it was a little awkward to initiate the whole ordering process as the guest. The menu selection was massive and eclectic somewhat of an American- Indian fusion. We had a variety fried appetizer platter, 2 burgers, 1 soda and 2 waters. The appetizers were flavor-less and unimpressive. We barely touched it before our burgers came to the table. The burgers were good but mediocre. We barely ate any of our food. Our bill averaged to $26/person without tip. It was not worth it. There are plenty of other places in downtown Eureka that are worth trying outside of this place for that price. The next day while walking around we heard live music from the same place and it was good. It helped us understand the vibe better. It is truly a dive bar style, later evening venue and if we had arrived in that time-frame the experience might have been a lot different. read more

This was one of the few places opened on July 4th. The staff was overwhelmed. We were told we'd have to go to bar upstairs if wanted to be served. The staff were not friendly at all and it seemed like they were hoping we'd just leave. After sitting at the bar for awhile, getting no service and watching the chaos ensue around us we left as we felt the food produced would likely reassemble the lack of attention we experienced in the front of the house. Firstly the food was terrible I orders one of there burgers and water. The burger was burnt all the way through that's not even the worst part the water tasted like it came out a wishing well. I have been to Eureka Springs countless times and each time I go I tell myself I'll eat at New Delhi - but I never get around to it. FINALLY stopped in on my last trip - and soooo mad it took me 47 years! This place is fun, super casual, a bit hippie, and very cool. Since this is an Indian cafe, hubby and I went Indian. We tried the Samoa first, a pyramid shaped pastry filled with potatoes, carrots, peas and Indian flavors; served with cilantro chutney - I liked it! Indian comfort food. Next was the Fried Naan with cilantro chutney - now this was addicting! Served with the chutney for dipping. It's spicy, so beware. I would love to dip in a yogurt sauce instead, just to cool it down. But overall, it's very tasty and unputdownable. The Curried Chicken and Potato Wrap with New Delhi potatoes - basically a ginormous shareable burrito. Pretty tasty and satisfying. Not overly curried or spicy; just a touch. Potatoes were small wedges, seasoned and crispy. I'd get this again for sure. Cool vibe here. Outdoor, shaded seating available. Live music most of the time. Will go back to try more things - probably a burger since their sign claims they have the best! read more
