My total was $17.58 I left a 0.00 tip on the receipt I signed because I gave cash. I had 2 charges one that was pending for $17.58 and one for $22.58 that cleared. The one that was pending fell off..When the charge cleared my account it was charged $5.00 more than I signed for. ($22.58) When I noticed, it was closed, so I go the next day and speak with the owner Mr.Lee, he assured me he only received the amount the card was ran for and he couldn't tell me why my card was charged more than I authorized. He assured me he was going to the bank in the morning and he would figure it out. He texts my phone the next day and tells me to check with my bank because his credit card processor said he only received the amount on the receipt ($17.58). So I contacted my bank & my bank said NEW CHINA submitted the $22.58 & not $17.58, so I was over charged. I told him as we were texting I was going to make a police report because I did not authorize that & that's theft. He told me I need to stop bouncing checks and maybe the right amount would clear and they wouldn't put pending charges on my account...I don't even own a check book. Lol but he made every excuse on why he couldn't figure out why I was charged $5.00 more. Granted it's only $5 but I shouldn't have been charged more than what I authorized to come out my account. I will never be back here, I've been a customer for YEARSSSS since I was a young girl, & I never had an issue (that I've noticed), Mr Lee was very disrespectful..DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! You will definitely regret it.
