The experience at my local dealer( if you are from around here u know who I'm talking about) was always unpleasant as you feel like you are going to get mugged every time you go there. It's located in the ghettos if Akron. That dealer also doesn't even let you sit on the bikes in the show room. If I'm going to spend $18k on a bike I should at the very least be able to sit on the darn thing first. So I finally had enough and drove to the next closest KTM dealer which is Point View. What a difference! The dealership itself is a little old and run down but I didn't care. They had the inventory of what I was looking for and Jason there gave me a killer deal on an '18 SuperDuke 1290. The buying experience was awesome and painless and they even went out of their way to prep the bike while I waited so I didn't have to drive all the way back to pick up the bike. I recently took my Duke back for its first service and for some mods and they are awesome to deal with like always. Friendly and personable every time. Highly recommend these guys. They even let you sit on any damn bike you want! Thanks Point View! You Rock. I wish they were closer but at least I don't have to pack heat to go see a bike or buy parts. :)

Without a spare tire, I thought this ordeal would take me at least a week to fix being that the closest polaris dealership is 35 min away. I decided to stop in here to see what my chances were getting a new tire. I went in at 1pm on a wed and had a brand new tire put on by 11am the next day, even though they didn't have my tire in stock. Donnie is the one that helped me and I'll def go back again even though I don't even have a Suzuki.

got a saftey recall from suzuki inc. so went to darlington cycle on 7-7-2016 to see about getting…read moreit done. they told me that they couldn't do it for 2 months that they would call when they could. yesterday 9-15-2016 still no call so went back up to see about having it done. they told me that it would be at least another month or so before they could look at it !! 3 1/2 months to preform a safety recall ? i called sanders suzuki today 9-16-2016 and they took my information over the phone and said they was going to order the recall part and would take 2 days to get it and 1/2 hour to install it. i am 5 miles from darlington cycle and 40 miles away from sanders, but sanders seems to be on the ball. i did file a complaint with suzuki about darlington cycle and they are going to check into it. they said it should have been taken care of with-in 30 days.
