According…read moreto CF Moto's owner's manual, the break-in service only requires an oil and filter change, cleaning the oil strainer, a valve clearance check, and basic inspections (chain, brakes, cables, lights). Other dealers quote $200-$300 for this service on small motorcycles. I asked for itemization but the bill included inflated labor and charges for things not clearly required. I feel taken advantage of, especially as a new owner trusting the dealership. I want other riders to be aware of the high pricing here. Transparency and fair pricing matter and $521 for a 126cc bike's break-in service is far above industry norms.

They initially said they'd honor my discount from Tracey's, then went back on their word; they got rid of almost everyone who worked there, the one guy they kept stole my World Of Cycles keychain during an inspection; all the gear they had was off-brand garbage (Tracey's had good gear like Alpinestars, Arai, Icon, Scorpion, Fox, Answer, etc)... The one guy they had working the parts counter was pretty cool, I liked him; but All-Pro took our good old "local bike shop" and turned it into a dump, and now it's closed for good. Every tire I ever bought (the 20 years I rode while living in the Burgh) I had mounted there. Every clutch in every bike (over 20 motorcycles) for a couple of decades.. Once again.. Only Norms.| There was nothing they wouldn't work on. (they even turned wrenches on my BMW's and Moto Guzzi.) I moved to Florida a dozen years ago. Decided to do a nostalgia project out of a bike I found in the back of a guys garage for cheap (1978 Honda SuperSport with the inline 4 750.) Called to check for parts while planning a trip back home.. Was super sad to find out they had closed up shop. If you ever had the experience of dealing with Norms.. You KNOW you haven't lived the pieced-it-together rat bike lifestyle until you knew where everything was in their yard and warehouse, and had invested countless Saturdays mornings hanging out in the showroom or around the side in the garage absorbing wisdom and know-how. I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.

The younger one was obviously hungover and stinking of stale booze, while the other was telling the story of how he smoked so much the night before that he was still stoned. I called on the twenty-second and was told that they never order electrical parts without a special order. When I stopped in to order it, I was told I would have to pay for the part in advance and that if it wasn't in stock, I might wait for (a) month(s). My plow vehicle has been down for five weeks (Dec.-Jan.). I was practically called a liar because they did not believe that anyone had told me the part would be ordered "to have in stock," (and that was EXACTLY what was said, and they seemed to not care at all about trying to get me the part that I need. I would AVOID THIS DEALER LIKE THE PLAGUE!
