They did a wonderful job!! I had a two man crew that moved my boyfriend and I across the state. We went from Alvin to El Paso. Whenever I first had the move scheduled, it got scheduled a day later than I wanted. I didn't realize this until the morning I expected them to be there. After about an hour I called Ms. Penny at the front desk and she made me aware that they weren't scheduled until the next day. This was a problem because my power was supposed to cut off that evening, so I asked her if we could reschedule to that day, if there was anything that she could do. Then she said, "Hold on let me call you back, I'm going to see if I can get a crew together for you." Sure enough, 5 minutes later she calls me back and said, "They are on their way!" I was super appreciative at this point because her and the men they sent out, went out of their way to make it easy for us! They managed everything so professionally, and precisely how they should've! They were super sweet and caring about our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone. I apologize for taking so long to post their review. It has been one of those years. I also wanted to wait until I got my furniture moved into my new residence. . . . . These guys are great. They worked around my daughter's schedule to give me a quote and they worked around my ever changing schedule to get everything packed up and delivered to Kentucky. They packed all my household goods up 30 July 2019 and delivered it to our storage unit in Kentucky 2 days later. It took us a few months to get into a house, but when we got it moved, our furniture is in excellent condition. Before we moved to Kentucky a few years ago, we had packed up a lot of our little things and stored them in the shed in our backyard. With all the rain, some of the boxes were damaged beyond repair. One was a box of my son's items (I lost him 2 years ago). I was a basket case when I came across it. They got everything out of the box and were able to save most of it. As I mentioned at the beginning, they were great. They worked around my meltdown, got the job done and still provided top notch customer service. There needs to be more companies like them out there. read more

We paid for a move to include our family piano. We were billed for the household items as well as the piano. Our piano was dropped on the back of the cabinet onto the cement floor. While the employee accepted responsibility for the damage, wrote the damage on the invoice, confirmed with the office about the damage..the owner of the company is now saying we did not pay for a piano to be moved and will not compensate us for the $1397.68 repair bill. We have an invoice from the company showing the charge and we have a bill from the credit card company where they ran that charge against our credit card. For the past 2 months they have dodged not only my phone calls but also my emails. They keep promising to return phone calls and do not. In addition they removed the handles from our refrigerator and have not returned them. Their stories about the handles changes every time I finally do get to speak to them - can't get a straight answer. Save yourself the aggravation and use another firm. We moved a two bedroom apartment. The lady to answer the phone was polite, with constant communication to get the move set up, and the two gentleman they sent were professional and early. Original appointment was for 9 AM but they called prior and we got the move underway at 8:20 AM. The took their time, wrapped and protected by belongings. I did all the packing and they moved all the boxes and furniture. I have nothing bad to say about these two gentleman and the services they provided. Moving is a PITA and stressful. There seems to be alot of older posts with negative comments but my experience from start to finish was great. Thank you. read more

This moving company ran into my car, and after getting the run around from them for weeks I had to file the claim under my uninsured motorists. The owner stated the guy driving the truck was to have the title transferred into his name and failed to do so.. Ok, so how is that anyone fault but yours? I had intended to sue the business in small claims court, but after reading the reviews online, I actually feel sorry for this guy and even more importantly, his poor family that has to live with him. Do yourselves a favor and find someone else. You will be glad you did. read more

Ten days before Christmas last year, we had to move furniture from the Museum District in Houston to outside of Livingston, Tx. They arrived early of the 9:00am agreed time. Quickly and gingerly loaded the furniture into their covered trailer and off we went. When we arrived in Polk County, they unpacked, moved it in and were off again.
