This was my third time using All Floors and More. The first time was in spring of 2022. Tawny had a crew come to my home and tear out existing flooring that ended up being 3 layers deep. They work so hard and finished all the bedrooms (4) in a beautiful LVP that I supplied. The second time was spring 2023 and they did my kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, and dining room. There were a few issues and Tanya had Charlton come to evaluate. He determined there were issues with the install and had the crew return immediately and correct the issues. The finished floor was perfect. My third time using them was last month. Chris the GM came out measured and looked at my existing flooring that was added in my new dining room and office. (I was trying to match that floor, but the old owner could not remember who the maker was and the company he used to install is now out of business). Chris looked at my floor and said he was very sure he had a floor at his store that was very close. I told him I would go look. I met Amy in the store and told her Chris thought the Inovation line had a floor very similar. I went through the samples and he was right. I took a sample home and layer it on top of my floor and Bingo, that floor was perfect. Amy gave me the price and it was much better than any other quote we got from other flooring companies in the area. And most of all the other flooring companies material wasn't even close to what we were trying to match. But, All Floors and more product was so perfect and so was the price. They came last week and installed. The floors are so beautiful! Manual the installer was very professional and laid the floor perfectly. He was Very clean and respectful of my home and property. I would highly recommend All Floors and More for any of your flooring needs, or kitchen and bath remodels. My next project will be my kitchen counters. The owner Charlton responded to my request for an estimate right away. When it was time for us to set a date he gave us a time line of 2 weeks and he and his team were spot on. He and his team found materials that were used in the original construction of my house and the floors matched!!! On the date of installation the men were professional, wearing company logo shirts, and immediately got to work. They even took time to explain the process and worked very efficiently and were very clean. After they were done they explained when we could use our room and asked if we had any questions and concerns. This is our 2nd time using All Floors and More. I am highly disappointed with this tile installation; the grout lines are 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4 inches. There are miscuts everywhere. I wish I had paid more and gotten true installers for the job. I do not recommend this business at all. read more

My original post was well over a year ago and after I posted it the owner contacted me (of course by a blocked number - that's his m.o.) to ask for some additional time to correct the issues. I was originally asked by the owner to give them 3 weeks to fix the issues. That turned in to nearly 9 months before any action was actually taken (on top of the 8 months I had waited to actually have someone come out from their company). In those next 9 months that were to follow we had additional inspections completed on our floors. Some blaming the actual integrity of the product and other inspections blaming the actual install procedures. However, at some point in time during ALL of the back and forth, the owner stopped communicating almost entirely with us and chose to put us off on his staff. (I still have only great things to say about Tonya who works for him but I feel terrible for the position he puts her in to deal with any type of situation where he feels uncomfortable. What kind of business owner can't handle his own issues???) We did eventually choose a date (that was over a month out) to have the floors replaced. My husband took off work, I rearranged my schedule and my kids' schedules and the night before the work was to be done I reached out to confirm and they had the audacity to cancel. CANCEL. And had I not reached out, they just would have no-showed us. It was so unprofessional. They rescheduled for a few weeks later but the lack of respect they had for my time and my husband's time was appalling. But even after all of that frustration, and back and forth I chose to NOT proceed legally and let them attempt to right their wrong. Regardless of who or what was to blame, do you know how these issues were "resolved" in the eyes of All Floors & More & Charlton (the owner)?? By using the same product and the same installer. My floors are in worse condition now than they were to start. The unevenness and chipping is AWFUL. However, does Charlton (the owner) or Jason (his project manager) know this? Nope. And do you know why? Because after 2 years of being in our brand new custom built home with brand new floors, Charlton and Jason neither one bothered to come and check their work or take a look to see the finished product. It's awful. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your flooring and install needs. I am going to repost my original review in order to give some background. And if anyone is interested further, please reach out or comment. I have EVERY SINGLE bit of communication (and/or lack there of) sent between myself and this company. ORIGINAL POST : We moved into our custom built home a year ago. I immediately noticed the work around my tub and door jams was flat out unfinished. Within the first couple months I noticed the floors (that Jason recommended and told me were indestructible) were chipping on all the edges. I first reached out to my builder (since I did not choose this flooring company) and he got me back in touch with Jason from All Floors & More. We have gone back and forth for nearly 8 months with no resolution. An inspector they sent out originally told me the floors were defective. Then I received a denied claim saying they weren't defective and that it could have been the install that was causing the issue. The denied claim letter had several errors and inaccurate references in it. As stated by other reviews, the owner has maybe called me twice on the issue and it is always from a blocked number. (Very strange business practice, in my opinion.) The owner last came out 9 weeks ago and told me he would have a licensed inspector come out to reevaluate my floors within 2-3 weeks. (The first inspector wasn't a licensed one. Total waste of time.) I follow up weekly with All Floors & More and get continually put off. The only person there with any kind of follow up skills is Tonya. She is always nice and helpful but needless to say that Charlton and Jason have completely dropped the ball and put me off for nearly 8 months. So disappointed. I think like any contractor these days the quality of the job depends on how close of an eye you are keeping and your ability to intervene when things don't look right. You just can't turn over the project, walk away and assume the final product will meet your approval. Overall I'm very satisfied with the final product but the journey was bumpy. We did 1900 sq ft of new engineered wood flooring and tear out of existing tile and hardwoods. The flooring was not a product they carry but they were able to get it at a good price. The tear out and float took about 2 days longer than advertised, the guys don't start until after 10:00 so already a short day, the communication between the store and the customer is not great. Once we got to the install part again it took longer than advertised, but to be fair I paid close attention to the install and told them I would rather it be done right and not fast. Once the crew understood this they really came through and acted more like craftsmen than installers. Rudy is the installer we had and I would highly recommend him. But like stated at the top, I needed to intervene at times. For the quarter round they were just going to stain the wood and not apply any polyurethane even though the sales office said that was part of what would be done. Luckily I had some on hand to give to the guys to apply before they installed it. They were happy to do it just needed to ask. I would use them again, with the understanding that I'm going to have expected communication issues and that constant oversight of the project is required. read more

Very disappointed with the results of our floors! Many dings around the baseboard due to them ripping the old tile out some chips in the new tile that was placed in. They had to come back due to many tile spacers that were left in and then grouted over it . we also are left with about eight boxes of tile that they refused to take back even though it was all measured prior to the job being done! read more

Jason at the Magnolia location was great. The owner was actually rude. It took them several weeks to finish up the job. Thankfully I held money back. The owner called me demanding payment in full , but I held my ground. Don't pay them in full until the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied. And get everything aspect of the job in writing! We've used these guys for hard wood floors in the different rooms in our house. Each time they have exceeded our expectations. That's hard to do three times. This last time we had floors put in our master bedroom. They were there a total of three hours and left the place spotless. They moved the heavy furniture, laid the floors, and put everything back in place. Including a new carpet they had to move several times to get it right (wife). Installers are ballers. Sales staff at the showroom (jason) couldn't be better. Knowledgeable, accurate, and most important to me, fast. The price is fair. They are not the cheapest but they are far from the most expensive and their price includes flooring, pad, labor, clean up, etc. One stop shop. Love this place. read more

The initial interactions were good and the prices are reasonable, but it all starts going downhill when you sign with them. The first thing they do is they offer you a much more expensive service that is supposed to be dust free for floor removal. Unlike most other professional companies, they specifically put into the contract that they do not cover or isolate any of the areas they are working on, so they give you the option of either making a mess or having to get the expensive removal of floors through another company (hint: the All floors and more owner also owns the dustless removal company so he tries to double dip, that's the reason why they are so aggressively selling you the option). They give you a bunch of lies about how you will get silicosis and throw in OSHA. (fun fact silicosis is real, and its a possible thing but not for you and your family, its for their own workers, hence OSHA, and non of them were wearing any PPE) . The guys taking out the floors wrecked our kitchen cabinets and messed up the floor (which ended up having to use more of the the thin-set they use for leveling, which they charge $30 a bag). The owner was rude when we complained and asked for them to fix the damage. The only thing that was good was the crew installing the floors, those guys were efficient, on time and their work was flawless. Avoid doing business with This company and its owner, with all the extra costs it ends up being the same as going with Lowe's or Homedepot. read more

Fist impression was great in store. Nice sales reps and knowledgeable about the products in general. Though we are overall happy with the product provided, the installation process, at most, was sub par. The float is uneven in some places, a few planks were unevenly cut and knowingly installed improperly, our walls had tile "shrapnel" embedded from the tear out process and neighboring tiles were cracked. Though their install team came back to "fix" the wood planks, this was only after multiple calls and repeated no shows. Further, the foreman made suggestions to "patch" other issues and not resolve them though ultimately resolved. We are still waiting (after 1.5 months) for the crew to repair loose/hollow planks. read more

Excellent customer service and superior installation of my flooring, BOTH times! I used All Floors & More 4 years ago for carpet replacement in the second floor and master bedroom of my house. The carpet was installed quickly. The installers did a fantastic job, and even cleaned up after the installation so well that it was almost shocking that so much work had been completed because all dust and mess was cleaned up so well. My carpet still looks brand new! I used All Floors & More again recently for the installation of new flooring in the addition to my home. Carpet, tile and laminate was installed. The result...beautiful spaces with outstanding floors! I'm VERY pleased with the end result. I highly recommend All Floors & More and recommend them to my friends and family with confidence. We had a good experience with this company. They arrived as scheduled both days and ready to work. They floated the entire floor (which is a messy process) so I worried if the little bit that got on the freshly painted baseboards would come off. I voiced my concerns and the crew assured me that they would take care of everything. Day 2, the same five guys were back to lay the floor. They had a guy who cleaned everything off the baseboards after the floor was down. The crew worked efficiently and were finished with 800 SF of floor in 5 or 6 hours. When I did my final inspection, I found a few places that I wanted painted on the baseboards and they were quick to get that done to my satisfaction. They had swept and hand cleaned the floors so they looked great! My only complaint was they needed to clean up a little better outside where they had tools and where they mixed the float material. The owner called about 30 minutes after they left to make sure I was happy. I would recommend this company. As always, I also recommend being present when you are having anything this extensive done In your home. It makes for better communication along the way and greater satisfaction. read more

I'm dividing my review into multiple segments, which will make sense once you've read it. We had a substantial amount of work done by All Floors, including whole house Engineered wood floors, porclean tile in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, as well as Granite kitchen tops. I'll start with the Granite tops first: I rate them a 2 at best. While the final result is good (not great), the workmanship was shoddy, perhaps even shameful. I'm told the contractor they use is not an employee, but presents himself as having 20 years experience. Perhaps.... The trim under the counter was destroyed on one end and left exposed for all the world to see. Essentially I could see the inside of my walls through the gaping hole that was left. And this was okay???? All floors was slow to remedy and eventually had to replace the entire trim as they couldn't match the old trim. Some sections were not sealed and the cuts were not precise. The repair was finally done to my satisfaction, but it took a couple of weeks to get them to do something. And it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I would not recommend using All Floors for Granite tops and frankly think they should either get out of that business or hire their own personnel. Porclean tile; I rate them a 3. At the end of the day I'm satisfied. I will tell you if you're looking for perfection, You may want to keep looking, or at least take a closer look at them. We had large tile installed and I'm told it is much more difficult to level, the larger tile pieces. Fair enough. I'm not dissatisfied and floors look great, but there are many spots that are not perfectly level with the adjacent pieces. Also, the base boards have a lot of excess grout on them. I love the floors and can clean up the excess or cover it using 1/4 round, but again, if perfection is what your after, perhaps they are better at smaller squares (12" and below). The larger tiles, not so much. And the crew didn't know which rooms were to be tiled? yikes! Engineered wood floors: I rate them a 4. Very nice work, looks great and I love it. Though the guys were great, seems they got in a hurry at the end. It became obvious they were going fast so as not to come back another day. Lots of dust. But again, very nice work, looks great and I would use them for wood flooring again in a heartbeat. Hope this helps you and perhaps them. read more

This was my 3rd experience with AllFloors. My prior two experiences were great and I worked directly with the Owner. My third experience was with Jason, the Store Manager, and not as great. The product recommended by Jason was not the same thickness as existing home product. We took a sample in and asked Jason to recommend the right match. We didn't think we needed to measure to make sure he recommended the right size. The existing wood was 1/2 inch and new install 3/8 inch. We wanted Jason to come out and look at it- he just sent the crew back out to fix the hollow spots. They had to pull up boards and put float down in one section. Jason didn't call to follow up after this visit, instead he just ran our credit card for the remainder. Shortly after posting on yelp, we received a message from the Owner, Charlton, because he saw our post on yelp. Charlton did his best to try to make the situation right; he offered to either replace the product at a discounted price with the correct thickness or to refund us a small portion of the cost. We decided to take the money returned and figure out a different fix. Advice when purchasing any flooring, be specific and in the detail and don't trust what is recommended without verifying it is correct. Charlton also informed us the manufacturer discontinued the 3/8 inch product because of problems with installing the right size. read more
