I hate to give a small business a low star count, but my experience here was not the greatest. I…read moregrabbed takeout that my boss ordered for us while we were doing prep work. The pickup was easy and the woman who helped me get my food was very nice and efficient. Parking was easy too with their large parking lot in the plaza. I ordered traditional chicken low mein, wonton soup, and gyoza. The lo mein was a really big portion which I love. The soup came in a nice container and didn't spill. The gyoza were packaged in a very small container but they were easy enough to eat. The food was the biggest problem that my boss and I had with the establishment. While it was hot and ready to eat, it unfortunately didn't taste like much else than the styrofoam packing that it came in. The lo mein had very little flavor. I will say it was cooked well and the noodles weren't overcooked. The wonton soup was nothing to go on about, and the wontons were a bit slimy. The best part was the gyoza, but again nothing exceptional with that dish. Maybe ordering in-house provides better food.

We have tried several other dishes from there and can't wait to try more. We always get plenty of sauce packets when we order carryout or delivery. Haven't eaten in the restaurant yet, but will soon. Our go-to Chinese food restaurant for years was Tenji near Kings Island but in June they moved downtown. Chan's is our new go-to. Will do another review as we try new things.

No thank you or have a nice day or any of that stuff that she may have thought too k up precious seconds she could have been cleaning. Dining room - Poor. The dining room was dirty in all the wrong ways. Everything was sticky, chairs were broken or torn, bokes piled up all over, and dust on top of a lot of the stickiness. Just really unappetizing and it was very hot and humid on top of that. It reminded me of eating from street vendors in third world countries where the food was good but you kept your eyes closed. Just order takeout and leave. The food is all made fresh and you can see the cook working on your order.

I went for lunch and had their hot and sour soup (which comes with lunch) and Schezwan shrimp. The soup was ok but I've had better. It had a touch of heat but not enough vinegar for the sour flavor. The shrimp was a generous portion of 4 jumbo shrimp, a lot of veggies and a big serving of either steamed or fried rice. I couldn't finish it all. The price was $9.90 for eat in. Beverages were very limited. The quantity of food served was more than ample but the quality was barely adequate. The shrimp dish was marked as spicy on the menu but had zero heat and was otherwise quite bland. On top of that, even though I was eating in, my food was served to me in styrofoam takeout containers with a cheap plastic fork. It was my first visit and my last. Free parking in the lot outside.
