I miss the old service writer who I feel treated me the most fairly... doesn't feel like it used to. Recently paid a very high repair bill of basically diagnostic fees for an issue I feel they could have possibly caused from other recent repairs, I say this and find it very strange that upon researching the final cause, I cannot find this issue as being common at all which really makes me wonder how this happened. When concerns were brought to their attention about the high cost of diagnostic, of course, all they did was defend the amount of time they spent to justify the cost.

They explained what was going on with my car in a clear, straightforward way without using confusing terms or pushing extra services I didn't need. It felt honest and transparent. My car feels great now, and I appreciated that there were no surprises when it came to pricing just fair and clear communication throughout. Overall, it's a reliable place with good service and a team that seems to care about doing things properly. I'd definitely go back in the future.

They told me that the brakes were completely done and " that it was decision time" and gave me a quote for $2600 before taxes for a repair and complete brake job. I decided that I would buy the parts and change it myself for my son. I'm 74 years old and I was shocked to see that when I removed the wheels the brakes only had about 20% wear and were still like new. Obviously I was not impressed with these shady practices and I am disgusted as a mechanic that there are garages doing this. I do not recommend this garage to anybody. I give a rating of 0/10

My…read morefans and compressor seemed to be working fine so there must have been a tiny leak and over the years the refrigerant got out and the system stopped cooling. FYI, never try to top-up A/C with those cheap cans of R12 you find in Canadian Tire unless you already have pure R12 in your system! You will regret it and if you contaminate your A/C system, even mechanics will refuse to service you as they will not extract contaminated R-134a (hazardous waste). Just save yourself the headache and go to a professional for A/C work but do your homework! I asked to get a simple recharge and injection of dye so if it leaked again, the leak can be found and patched next time. They evacuated everything, removing any moisture as well (due to vacuum) and added fresh refrigerant (my A/C does not smell as damp when switching now too). Overall great service and reasonable prices with knowledgeable and friendly staff, saw them helping other satisfied customers as well. Will recommend.
