I have been a member at another large chain massage place in town and have been disappointed for some time with customer service and availability so when I heard a new massage place opened up in town I took some time to go check it out. Prices: Excellent. Range of Services: Excellent. Availability: Excellent. Location: Excellent. Customer Service: Excellent Massage: Perfect! The only downfall was they are new and not staffed yet so the therapist had to walk out for a brief moment to answer the door. Not a huge deal to me, but might be to others. For the quality of the massage, she can walk out several times. ( joking). I believe their goal is to gain some business before bringing in more therapists. She said its just her and another. I've never tried CBD oil but since it is available here and she did a great job educating me on it, I tried it out for a small extra fee. WORTH IT!!! I love that I am not forced into a membership. I love that you can change things up each visit and tweak things to accommodate your budget each time ( example: 30 min massage for 35.00 and target 1-5 areas then choose a more detailed massage later ranging from 1-2 hours depending on what you need and can pay). I decided to YELP today to make sure this small business gets business so she can grow and stay in business because that was the best massage I have ever received. read more

My girlfriend and I both got massages tonight. Very friendly staff! Very reasonable prices.Plenty of parking and very clean facilities. Sophia is very nice and a very good masseuse. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Sofia is an amazing masseuse I highly recommend her. Neverland massage is clean and relaxing, you will not be disappointed.

I've been here a few times and for the most part they do a good job. The prices are good and it's clean. Only complaint is that sometimes during the massage they'll answer phones and walk away when someone comes in the lobby. This definitely disrupts the relaxation part a bit. read more

Amazing service & great massage! They got me in right away with a super convenient text service. I went in for a 60 minute hot stone massage and it was absolutely divine. Perfect pressure and just the right temperature. The room also had a salt lamp and soft music which felt really serene. ‍ I could finally relax for the first time in a long while. I will definitely be coming back and recommending family and friends. Thank you so much. read more

Very good massage, got the 90 minute body massage and it was amazing! I love that they have a form to fill out in the beginning, and that it has you circle specific areas that need worked on, and the pressure you prefer. The lady really did a great job and stuck with what I had written down. Also wasn't cheated on time, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Neverland Massage. read more

Great service and great massage. I particularly like the quiet background music which reminds me of overseas travels before covid..

They are following all the covid protocols. All wearing a mask, masks during massage too, temperature checks, asked me to use hand sanitizer before heading back. Glad I decided to come back in. I was missing their great massages. One hour full body $50. Next month I will be back! read more

I was able to get in for a 60 minute deep tissue couples massage 2 hours after I contacted them. It was clean and very relaxing. Excellent customer service and less expensive then a few companies around there. Definitely worth a try! read more

There are no words, the ladies here are incredible. I've been here twice and feel so relaxed after every time. I text in with what I need and they're always quick to respond. While they have tables out front, I've always gotten a single room (though I've only gone in for 90 min massages). They listen to what I need and they're so dang strong. I'm just incredibly impressed with them and will continue to come. read more

I've been looking for a great massage place in Santee, and this is it. They are safe with COVID protocols, and they actually cater to your target areas. I felt so good after the massage. My body felt more loose, and definitely relaxed. FYI- there is $1 charge for credit card. (Didn't bother me though) I would highly recommend! Yup them good, take care of them, and they'll take care of you. read more

Best experience ever! Finally convinced my husband to get a massage and he absolutely loved it. We are definitely adding them to our monthly routine. These ladies are amazing! The prices are worth it for the work they put in. We're feeling brand new and relaxed. Definitely recommend them! read more

I love this place. I will never step foot into a Massage Envy ever again. Their prices are amazing and Coco did an amazing job. She focused on my problem areas so nicely. She worked out a spot in my neck I didn't even realize I had! Their prices are so good I will be going at least once a month ! read more

Good price and great masseuse combine for an almost guaranteed return! Can't go wrong here.

I've been looking for a relaxing and reasonably priced massage parlor, but have been very hesitant to try these "pop-up" type establishments. This reluctance is partially due to some icky stories I've heard from friends... think unsanitary conditions and cheating husbands soliciting ahem- happy endings. Neverland has changed my thoughts. Praise Jesus! This establishment is sooo clean, so new and all of the staff is very kind, respectful and professional. Today Anna was my massage therapist. She did a wonderful job and was so gentle and attentive. I spent many years living in a central coast town, just south of Big Sur, saturated by yogis and natural healers and have had many massages from top therapists. I've also had experience at a few very snobby/stuffy resorts around the country. From doctors of physical therapy to graduates of Esalen Institute... Anna at Neverland outdid many of them. Thank you Anna! Thank you Neverland! So glad to have found you Your new regular, Kayleigh read more

The worst massage I've ever had! Didn't listen to what I needed and barely any pressure. Totally overpriced, she also cut the massage short but I wasn't in the mood to discuss it with her. So basically I paid $36 for a a 20 minute massage. My daughter could do a better job, read more

I love Neverland Massage! I have been a regular since the end of April. Sophia and Coco are fabulous! Clean, quiet, and the best massages ever! read more

Tried this place yesterday for an hour foot massage. The ladies that did ours hardly understand or speak English, so it was so hard to communicate what my daughter and I wanted, I'm not a big fan of hard deep massage and the one that was assigned to me only know to do that, hard painful stressful massage, I had told her more than a couple of times to back off on the pressure. She was skimping on lotion which makes the massage even more uncomfortable, Ive been to this types of places that charges a lot less with better outcome, in short I'm not going back to this one. read more

Great massage! The massage helped a lot with my hip and back pain! Service was friendly!

This place is super sweet! I am a self proclaimed massage snob... lol... I have easily had hundreds of them so I am usually very picky of where I go. I was in desperate need after a hectic week. I called same day & booked For a few hours later. The place is very clean and very accommodating. The ladies who work the front desk are very nice & my therapist was awesome. Her name was Anna. It was mostly an elbow massage.. which I don't usually like. You need those hands & thumbs to get out those knots... but I was surprised at how good Anna was able to loosen up my tension! I am very happy overall! Free hot stones when you check in on yelp! Yeah! read more

Basic or sub-basic settings. used their service twice with 2 different people. the Massage itself is good, not great. but between the very basic settings with curtains separating the massage rooms and lack of ability to communicate (aside from sign languish), it is hard to recommend this place as they will stand in your face on your way out till you pay a tip. in addition to asking for and collecting cash upfront. read more

Yea this place is good AF. Called around 4 and got me in at 5. I got the $75 90 min therapeutic relief because being a student and sitting all day and stressing out I need it. Plus if you check in on yelp you'll get a $5 off and free hot stones. Anyways I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOPHIA, you tell her what to focus on and she really focuses on that area and when she ask if you want the pressure soft, medium, hard.....she realllyyyyyyy goes hard. So I opted for medium to hard and tho it hurts but man!!! It feels sooooooo good and relaxing afterwards...especially when your prone and she angles your leg and thigh and uses her elbow against your glutes HOLY CRAP I didn't know I had muscles there but she educated me that from sitting too long it will be tense and what she was doing helped relief it so she'll definitely educate you on what she's doing and how it affects the body "if you ask" haha. But anyways I highly recommend this place way better than other private Message Therapist where it's only one person who happens to run her business by herself and only does Appointments and charges way too much. This place is very friendly..calming...relaxing...and overall just budget friendly. Anyways! Come here! I'll definitely come back..they have special couples massage and everything you need to take the daily stress out of your life. read more

1st time ever getting a massage. This place is the best. Very professional, clean, and best hospitality in Santee. Right there by Smart & Final shopping Center. My Wife and I went in for an 1 Hour massage. Worth every dollar. Will be differently going back. Thanks read more

came here wit h my mom for her birthday, and had one of the best massages of my life! they took care to ask what areas are bothering you and how deep you want your massage before you go in, eliminating those terrible massages we've all had where it's just not firm enough. The set up is pretty basic but accommodates all your needs to store your clothes & belongings. The price is definitely right for an hour massage for $50. (60 min essential). We added the hot stone for an extra $10, it really enhanced the experience! My masseuse (who also checked us in at the front desk, I didn't catch her name, unfortunately) applied just the right amount of pressure and I'm pretty sure I literally drooled at one point. Now I know how my cat feels when you hit just the right spot! Head to toe is a good description, they cover everything. but next time I think I'll go 90 to 120 minutes and have my hands & feet really done too... Excellent massage for a great price, highly recommend! read more

This was my second time coming here for a massage and it was amazing! Sofia did such a great job at targeting the areas that were bothering me. Relaxing environment. I will definitely be coming back a third time. read more

I have been looking for a Massage place for quite a while. Read the reviews posted for Neverland Massage and decided to try it. I have to say that this is the best massage I have ever had in my life. I added the CBD infusion oil to my massage package and it really made a difference along with the massage. I will be back again soon and will definitely ask for her read more

This place came recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint. Great massage, polite courteous staff and very clean appealing spa.

Definitely plan on returning for massages here! Best massage I've had in a long time! I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders so to spend the extra time working on that was awesome! Very nice and professional. Very clean. It's kind of trippy with the curtains but who cares, since it's a great massage! :) Worth every penny!!! read more

Love this place. I wish we tried sooner. I made an appt for me and my husband. We texted 2 days before to make appts and they texted to confirm and they are quick to respond. We told them we would be a few minutes late but they were still so kind and accommodated us. They pay attention to your spots you want to focus on and listen to the kind of pressure you want. I would gladly go back again in a heartbeat! read more
